DETAILS: This home is "Absolutely Grayt!" With a private pool, multiple screened-in porches and scenic forest views from every bedroom, guests certainly have an outdoor oasis that is perfect for entertaining. It accommodates 14 guests in 5 bedrooms and has 5.5 bathrooms.

The main level of the home has a bright, open living area with modern decor, floor-to-ceiling windows, flat-screen TV and access to a veranda overlooking the pool deck. The screened-in porch has plentiful seating with lounge chairs and a separate dining area. A gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, seating for 3 at the bar and 8 at the dining table. There is a laundry room and 2 bedrooms down the hall, both with king beds and private, en-suite bathrooms.

2 additional bedrooms and a primary suite are upstairs with easy access to an additional living area and balcony. This balcony has beautiful horizon views of the forest and lounge chairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, en suite bathroom and gorgeous views. There is also a separate living area connected to the primary bedroom and accessible by the second-floor porch. The first guest room has a king bed with it's own private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second has 2 full over full bunk beds with it's own private bathroom and shower as well.

Outside, enjoy use of the private pool and grill area that is perfect for cookouts! 6 bikes can entertain the kids while adults enjoy a moment of serenity in the swing by the pool. Perfect Grayton Beach House

We loved staying at this house. The home was clean, spacious, well decorated and fully appointed. The heated pool was especially great for the kids. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great and 360 Blue did an excellent job. We loved the location and the golf cart and bikes to get around conveniently to great restaurants and shops. The beds were the best we’ve ever slept in coming to rental homes on 30A for 10 years. The pool was the perfect size we would highly recommend this property!!

The home is very nice. Loved the wood floors on main level and outdoor seating areas. 3 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms was nice. When I reserved this home many months ago, the VRBO pictures showed a view to the lake, unfortunately there is now homes finished and under construction that block that view, for this reason I feel the rental price was too high.

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. But I will rent my own golfcart the golf cart they have didn’t want to crank or run properly. I called and the person who looked at it said it just wasn’t warmed up enough. But it spit and sputtered everywhere we went and had trouble starting. The whole time we were there. But we love the house. Awesome

Perfect Family Beach House

Our family had a wonderful week staying at Absolutely Grayton! Loved the floor plan and the outdoor living areas - porches front and back, nice pool and outdoor cooking area. Kitchen is small but well equipped. Plenty of parking for 4-6 vehicles.
