This townhouse is located in a 12 unit complex on the beach. It is just steps from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy this cozy comfortable townhome for a long weekend or week long family vacation. The views of the gulf from the master bedroom are breathtaking. At night the stars shine over head as you relax on the deck off the master bedroom. There is room for 2 cars to park under the townhome and easy access to the laundry room on the carport level. Take time and cook your own meals or walk a few blocks to local restaurants. You can get up in the morning and walk to a coffee shop 2 blocks away. Relax and enjoy the beach

Nice cozy townhouse. We happen to arrive during the love bug swarm! Resulted in many that was dead when we arrived, but it was taken care of immediately! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Nice unit for small families with super easy access to the beach! The beach was never crowded and it was easy to set up chairs without the hassle of having to be out there too early. Easy to come and go throughout the day. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time during our stay at Inlet Beach. The townhouse was perfect for our family. Location can’t be beat. Just a few short steps to the ocean. Plenty of amenities included with the stay and great communication from the host. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Communication with the owners was very good. They did check in to make sure all was good or if we needed anything. The place was clean and had all items we needed. The ocean view and listening to the ocean from the balcony was perfect. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available and in good shape. Thank you!

Nice Location

Nice hidden gem, easy walk to the beach, located close to Panama City short drive to Santa Rosa Beach and Destin. I would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful place to stay

This was our first time visiting 30A and we had an absolute blast. The house is a 1 minute walk to the beach, which was amazing for my family. You have a partial ocean view from both balconies which was a super relaxing bonus. There is a parking spot provided, so no need to worry about looking for parking. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets we needed. Leila was also very easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend

Nice, convenient beach location

Loved the location and convenience of this property. The layout was nice for multiple adults to have privacy but also enjoy time together. The access to the beach was great. And the unit had lots of amenities and thoughtful extras available.

Lovely beach trip in May

Leila was wonderful and her townhome was just as described. Beautiful views and just steps away from the nice & quiet Inlet Beach sugar sands. Will be looking for this listing again next year!

Great place and wonderful location.

Great place to stay. Very clean and well stocked for all your needs. The only improvement that I would suggest is that the bunk beds are terribly uncomfortable. Everything else gets five stars. Thank you and we will use this rental again.

Spring trip

The property was clean with a 2nd row view of the ocean from 2 decks. The property is equipped with everything we needed including a washer and dryer and was close to groceries and restaurants. It’s not fancy or updated but worked out well.

Fantastic location!

Can’t be the proximity to the beach and balcony views. Even during storms the balcony is a great place to sit. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. Bed in secondary room was highly uncomfortable to a point the person opted for the couch however that would be the lone complaint. House has a very well appointed kitchen with everything one could need.
