Elk Run A-Frame House with Hot tub and High Speed Wifi

Elk Run is an A-Frame home that is located in the Upper Valley and backs up to the National Forest has a Hot Tub. The guest authorizes a $500 security deposit refundable after inspection of hot tub, upon departure. A 4×4 vehicle and possibly snow chains will be necessary to access our Elk Run cabin during the winter season. Not only are the views breathtaking all year round, but you get a chance to see the local wildlife pass through from time to time. While the property is quiet and secluded, you will run into lots of elk in this area, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. This property is perfect for remote workers because it has High Speed Wi-Fi! There is parking for your ATV's. This property now has a hot tub for you to relax in while you take in the views of the forest.



On the first floor is a fully-loaded kitchen, with all the comforts of home! Adjacent is the living room, with comfortable seating as well as a dining area. Satellite Tv is available so you can comfortably curl up on the couches, stay connected, and enjoy the view from the large sliding glass door and big picture windows while the wood-burning stove keeps you cozy. Right outside is a large deck where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning, or whip up some BBQ in the evening with the use of the propane grill!



On the first floor, you will also find a bathroom with a standup shower and washer and dryer in the hallway. There’s no need to worry about dirty clothes or making sure you have enough clothes to go around for your stay with us. Also on this floor, you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed.



When you go upstairs to the loft area, you will find a sitting area with two oversized chairs and two twin beds. Follow your way down the hall to a half bath and a separate bedroom that hosts two twin beds.



Feel free to bring the AtVs as this property has plenty of parking that allows for trailer parking. As you are making your plans to visit us in Red River, go ahead and bring the family pet as he is welcome at this property.



This property is pet friendly. A $125.00 nonrefundable pet fee due at the time of check in.
