Charm and Nature - Flat in mud house in Brocéliande

At the crossroads of Upper Brittany, in Brocéliande country,
this pretty Duplex apartment of 1st and 2nd floor, named the Epilobe, is in a country house in mud (raw land) of 1756. It has been renovated in natural materials, earth, wood, lime ..., which brings a quality of well-being, a sensation of cocoon.
The whole place (old farmhouse) is being renovated in lodgings (3), spirit nature, respecting the old building.

Housing includes:
- a large kitchen, oven, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...,
- laundry room with washing machine and drying rack, separate WC
- a large living room of 40 m², with board games, two sofa beds of 90x200.
On the second floor:
- a shower room, walk-in shower,
- a separate toilet
- a bedroom with a king size bed or two twin beds 90x200,
- a bedroom with a king size bed or two twin beds 90x200, this room is accessed to a third room with two beds 90x200, convertible into king size.
We have the possibility of 3 double beds, divisible into 6 individual beds according to your wishes, plus two sofa beds 90x200.

It will be asked 10 euros per night per additional bed for the use of sofa beds in the living room (2 beds of 90x200).

Attention to the heads! The rooms are attic and beams of the frame intersect above the beds. The doors are also small (1m60 +/-).
The internal staircase is very old, it must be borrowed gently.

Baby bed, bath, high chair ... available on request.

Bed linen (organic cotton) is provided. Extra charge for towels (2 gloves, a towel, a shower sheet) 7 euros per person.
New bedding.

You will find on your arrival, the necessary to make tea, coffee, chocolate, as well as rice, pasta, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar. Toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, trash bags, soap are also provided.

Cleaning kit available. If you prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 100 euros per stay.

WiFi access. Houses with walls have thick walls and sometimes pass the network randomly.

The cottage is non smoking, pets are not allowed.

He is asked to remove his shoes in the apartment which is entirely in chestnut parquet.

The apartment is currently not suitable for children between 2 and 12 years old.

No parties or parties.

If you fear arachnids, and insects of all kinds, this place will not suit you;)!

The garden, in motion (see the approach of Gilles Clément), wild and respectful of biodiversity, is common for the cottages, but each can find its intimate space in the many corners it contains.
Garden lounges, garden tables and chairs, barbecue, bicycle shelters, and parking are at your disposal.

A deposit check of 200 euros will be requested on your arrival and returned on your departure if no damage is found.

Minimum stay of 3 nights.
