Great holiday stay!!!!

Horrible Customer Service by La Quinta Resort Leasing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible and virtually no customer service from La Quinta Resort Leasing. I would not recommend anyone renting through youA lot of inconveniences,which the renter should not be burdened with including no working bicycles. The bicycles on premises both had flats with no pump available. The handlebars on one bike were not even attached. We had to buy our own bicycle as well as a bicycle for my wife to be able to ride. No working flashlight on the premises during power outage.Battery needed replacement in the CO detector and no batteries on siteSo it fell on me to go out and buy a flashlight and batteries.Ice maker and water dispenser not workingNo lighting in the living room

Guest was assisted promptly by our maintenance as soon as he notified us of any issue, he required extra lighting in the livingroom which we brought two large floorlamps to the home to assist with that need immediately. Our maintenance reset the icemaker so that fresh ice would start immediately. There was one bike in the garage that needed air in the tire and we were never notified of this so we could remedy this right away for our guest until he was near departure date. Upon the departure, we made sure that there was a working flashlight in the home as this is a requirement in all of our homes and it was in the kitchen drawer. Our maintenance are on hand 7 days a week from 8am-5pm and we also have after hour assistance in case of emergencies.

Second year renting for 1 month in this condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this condo in Santa Rosa Cove. It offers easy access from the gate entry and a wonderful pool (one of the larger community pools) and hot tub, with very nice neighbors. the primary bedroom has a nice king bed and an updated bathroom w/ 2 sinks and a very nice shower (with okay, but not great water pressure). There are 2 guest bedrooms, one w/ a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds - these 2 bedrooms share a nice bathroom w/ shower and bathtub. The kitchen is well-equipped, with lots of dishes and flatware, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and all the amenities. Our only concern w/ this condo is the vertical blinds which are outdated and tricky to operate. Owners should update to plantation shutters like their neighbors. There are a few other small issues (dishwasher and freezer/ice dispenser doors need some attention) but all is operational and user friendly. We have enjoyed this rental for 2 consecutive seasons, but are planning to upgrade to one a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit w/ a courtyard and updated window treatments. Highly recommend this unit, and Santa Rosa Cove with the resort and community amenities! Missing it already!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The two condo's were fine and convenient to all the PGA West courses. However, one thing they don't tell you is that in these communities, you aren't allowed to bring in an 8 passenger van(they consider it an oversized vehicle in the crazy California way of thinking). So, we couldn't park at our condo's. They kept hassling us with warnings and tickets and made us park at the clubhouse and walk. Ridiculous example of overreach in power like you see from these types of people. And, of course, this is after we paid them ridiculously high rental rates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrific overall home with great southern kitchen and patio exposure. The location worked just fine for us. Management was helpful and professional, and brought our mail package regularly. Much appreciated. Once we discovered that the old smart TV wouldn’t work with a Roku or Apple TV, management immediately bought a new Roku and cable box that were compatible. Great attention. The refrigerator needs some serious attention as the icemaker in the door backs up and all of a sudden throws ice all over the floor. Sometimes that even affects the filtered water. All in all it’s a mess. More specifically the dishwasher should be thrown in the trash. The dish rack crashes out of the washer itself and if not careful will fall off the rail and fall out. The linens in the master bedroom don’t fit. You literally have to move down towards the foot of the bed in order to remain covered

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in SRC #53. Though the condo is dated, it is clean, comfortable with easy check-in/check-out, great proximity to community pools and La Quinta Resort. Our only disappointment was in the resort, especially the main family pool. It is old and rundown and needs a total upgrade. A shame they have not done that as the tennis area and gym are lovely. Due to Covid the resort services were well below par, but hopefully that will improve with time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has much potential, but is clearly just a basic rental. It is sparsely appointed with little concern for design or comfort. The furniture layout was odd. The beds and seating were so uncomfortable, after two weeks, we came home sore. The Christmas decor in March needs to go. Everything needs to be updated--simply painting a wall and beam gray, with everything else beige and brown, doesn't do it. We were given insufficient linens (2 wash clothes) and 1 roll of paper towels for 2 weeks. The TV wasn't working most of the time, but it was fixed after I called. The kitchen was also sparsely stocked except the wine glasses :), with broken and mismatched kitchenware, and was in complete chaos. That all said, with a little more effort in the furnishing and decor, and better upkeep, this place could rock, especially with its excellent location and surroundings.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The interior has been fully updated and is very clean and well appointed. We love the walking proximity to the La Quinta Resort.
