Pleasant stay

Had a great experience. Apt was nice and clean. Check in process was easy. Neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. Would stay again.

The place wasn’t very clean, the place really needed a deep clean was very dusty/moldy. Also the fridge was not working when we arrived. There was no garbage can in the bathroom or towel rack. One of the outlets in the bedroom sparked when we plugged something in. The area itself didn’t feel very safe as well.

Pros- host was accommodating, nice and responsive. Cons-The look of the outside made me instantly regret booking this stay. If i could have canceled without penalty, I would have. The inside appeared to be clean at surface level. There were not enough towels. The towels they we had were not fresh. One towel had a stain. The extra sheets were dirty and soiled with what looked like bodily fluids. One had animal hair. It smelled like a dog. And animal.hair was found in different rooms. It was not suppose to have pets. Thats why i booked. My daughter has pet allergeries. She woke up with her face and eyes swollen almost shut. The furniture was very worn out. Most of the renovations were nicely done but little details were overlooked which caused it to feel dirty. Like dirty light switches, peeling paint, rusted chairs, dirty furniture( headboard on the bed was dirty)I would like to request compensation for the allergy attack my daughter had. Nice people thats why I gave 2 stars but i would never stay here again unless i was displaced and desperate.

As depicted apartment in 4 plex.

Overall it looks just like the pictures. It was however extremely dusty. Not the most used surface areas but, blinds, couch tops, picture frames etc were noticeably bad. Beds were comfortable (firm) and kitchen was spacious. I gave it an average rating because it was just average. Not bad by any means just not outstanding. I also believe the key in the lock box is a bit dated, they could certainly update with a keypad lock in place of the dead bolt. Be sure to pay attention once you’ve check out, I had to remind them to issue the refund 10 days after the fact.

Great and comfortable stay close to beach

The property is exactly as described in the listing, the convince of being only 5-10 mins from the beach and the quality of the property just makes this an overall great place to stay! I would recommend renting this property for a vacation and would definitely be interested in returning if needed. The property managers were kind and even sent me my charger in the mail I had left on accident, overall a wonderful experience.

Great for our needs

The home was as described in the listing. The property managers were very responsive to any inquiries. The bathroom was tiny and could have used just a little polishing - the towel rack was loose, there is no toilet paper holder, and maybe a new shower head would help keep the floor dry. We also would have appreciated some very basic kitchen supplies like paper towels and napkins. The fuse box could be covered. Overall, it was a great stay.
