FIFA fans, a Coastal Bungalow, a 2BR/2BA private home that sleeps 5 people. Pool

This property makes for a great FIFA set-up and is more of a delightful compound. One Bungalow is a 3/2. Another Bungalow is a charming 2/2. And two Bungalows are a 1/1. Which makes it a great property for large families or a group of friends that wish to be close, yet still with your own space.
A short drive or a train ride to all of the FIFA tournaments in Miami. Located less than three miles to the beach, 2.5 miles to Wilton Manors. And less than two miles to Las Olas Blvd. and the vibrant downtown Fort Lauderdale area with wonderful shopping, dining, and entertainment districts. In this bungalow, we offer a flat screen TV in each bedroom and one in the living room.
The house is a bright blue, pink, and yellow color.

This home features a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and reading nook.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed,
a flatscreen TV and a walk-in closet. Also a ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern finishes.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a flatscreen TV and a walk-in closet and a bathroom with walk-in shower located right outside the bedroom door.
In the living room area, there is a large sofa, chair, a wet bar and a flatscreen TV. A stone fireplace to gives the room great ambiance. And plenty of natural light.
Note: there are ONLY (2) queen beds in this cabana.

CHECKIN: Guests may check in anytime from 4 pm until 11:59 pm on the day of their arrival.
CHECKOUT: We ask our guest to check out no later than 11 am the day of their departure.
Not checking out on time, will result in a late fee, and some very busy housekeepers, possibly giving stink eye.

Upon arrival, guests should park in their designated parking space (described in the check-in instructions) and use a unique combination of numbers for the door keypad to enter the home. If you have any issues getting in, the property manager, Mike can be reached anytime on his cellphone (provided in the check-in instructions).

Guests will have access to free high-speed WiFi during their stay. There is one smart TV located in the living room, and one in each bedroom, which is connected to WiFi. Guests can stream their own Netflix/HULU/YouTube or other platforms. You can refer to your check-in message for details and instructions on how to connect.
*Note: We do not provide cable.

The kitchen is ready for your creations, and there is a Publix and Whole Foods, within 1/2 mile of our property. We have plastic drink ware that is to be used by the pool - Please, NO Glass bottles, glasses, plates or bowls. Any other area on the property feel free to use what you choose. And don't forget, you have a wonderful covered front porch for your enjoyment.
*Note: You may find salt & pepper, olive oils, ketchup, etc. left behind, feel free to use these items if you wish... we don't like to be wasteful.

The property's pool is shared with (3) other bungalows. Pool hours are from 8am- 9 pm. The pool is located through the safety fence near the YELLOW house. We ask you to PLEASE follow these pool hours to respect the privacy and noise levels. Noise monitors are installed in each cabana. Fort Lauderdale city government mandates.

No pets allowed in the enclosed pool area, please.

You will also find the coin operated washer and dryer in the laundry area between the Key West bungalow and the Hawaiian bungalow.

*Note: There is an EMERGENCY PHONE (landline) in each bungalow.

Getting around is easy!
Walk, ride/rent a bike, Lyft/Uber or drive... getting around is super easy.
The property is approximately 3 miles to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport. A short drive or train ride to the FIFA games. 1.5 miles to Port Everglades Cruise Terminals, 1.5 miles to Fort Lauderdale Convention Center, 1.5 miles to the beaches, 1 mile to Las Olas Boulevard and Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and 4 miles to Wilton Manor.
We also offer a fire pit, Adirondack chairs and Cushion chairs for your enjoyment. Please check with Mike for reserving and availability. Also we have Corn Hole boards that can be set up when you are up for a challenge.


Beginning the middle part of November, through the first part of January the entire property will be decorated for Christmas. All with indoor Christmas trees, and festive decorations. The outdoors will be a mini Christmas wonderland.
