About this property

House with private pool up to 10 people

At the gates of the Cevennes, gite of full foot (140 m ²) with Cendras, commune located in the national park of Cevennes (inscribed in World Heritage of Unesco since 2011), you will be in 5 min of the village and 10 min of Alès , the nearest city.

Cendras to 5 minutes. Ales 10 mn. Nîmes 45 minutes and Montpellier 1h15. Sea at 1h30

The house can be rented for the night, Friday + Saturday and the week depending on the time of year.

Housing
An ideal cottage to go green, many opportunities for sports relaxation: mountain biking trails, hiking ... but also for business tourism, we receive groups up to 10 people.

Access of travelers
You have access exclusively to all parts described: swimming pool, garden, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms.
Only the laundry room is common (you can meet us because the washing machine is shared)

Other remarks
New 2019: a wooden terrace in front of the house and all around the pool for comfort!
Our garden is a natural garden: we do not use fertilizers or pesticides and we favor the endemic species and deep rooting by the water saving which is a resource to manage in the Cevennes. Fruit trees grow to the near-wild state (we only cut them). In short: we leave nature to bring you a healthy living environment and promote the existence of plant and animal species. You will observe and listen to a large number of species: cicadas in summer, many birds, butterflies and lizards!
These inspired us the name of our cottage: The Lizards Galeizon, a place where it is good to bask!
Come relax in our green valley all year round.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Gite pratique proche de Ales (en voiture)

Nous avons apprécié le large salon avec le billiard.Le fait d'avoir deux chambres d'un côté du bâtiment et une chambre de l'autre permet de venir à plusieurs famille.Les ballades sont possibles en allant en voiture au départ des promenades.

une location pas propre !

au départ, cette grande maison avec piscine paraît idéale elle pourrait être bien mais mauvaise surprise en la découvrant: le ménage n'est pas fait, il y a des araignées, toiles et saletés et le pire, ce sont les deux salles de bain, l'intérieur des douches n'est pas fait, il y a des champignons sur les joins, noirs de saleté, et tout ceci est repoussant, nous avons pensé trouver des produits d'entretien ( comme dans toutes les locations faites jusque là, d'autant plus avec le covid, nous aurions dû trouver des produits et du gel désinfectant ) mais il n'y en avait pas et nous avons fait nous mêmes une tentative de nettoyage sans grand résultat, les joins étaient trop atteints !! Certes cette location n'est pas trop chère mais le propriétaire devrait la faire payer 100 euros de plus et proposer une maison propre.. Une idée aussi: l'achat d'une bouilloire, très utile pour 10 personnes . En conclusion , si vous aimez la propreté, je vous déconseille cette location.
