We loved everything about this home. Immaculately clean, very functional, well outfitted kitchen, warm, cosy, more room than needed for the 5 of us, walk to town, lots of parking, owners were more than gracious and extremely communicative and generous. I can't recommend this home enough.

I was so pleased with the property. Location was perfect and was located so close to all the shops. I cant say enough about our host Beau Petersen he was there for us every step of the way. We was in the area for a beautiful wedding.

Beau was an amazing host in every way, thinking of ways large and small to make our family reunion one that we will never forget. All the beds were very comfortable, there were amenities galore, the location was perfect, and there were touches above and beyond what we expected.

It was perfect! We’ve stayed at many VRBO homes but none compared to this one. We siblings and spouses are so pleased that we are coming back next year, which we’ve never done before. We all are in our 70s, but we are hopeful for good health. Such a wonderful place we have found. Hayward is a great city.

Best Place In All of Hayward!!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Spacious, clean, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard the most. Beau was amazing to work with. He called a day in advance just to say hello and see if we needed anything else. There’s a reason this place is booked all summer!

We had a great stay and Beau and his family are great hosts. We loved the close proximity to the downtown area and the place was perfect for our extended family of ten. Beau went our of his way to ensure we were well taken care of and we appreciated everything about our stay.

Family Side by Side Trip

Girls' getaway

Our stay was great! Loved that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us! This was our first stay in walking distance of a town and decided that we really liked that as it made it very convenient to grab a latte, do a little shopping at the cute little shops, and enjoy the fun food, wine, and cocktail places.
