We would like to welcome you to stay in our charming and very comfortable home in Sunriver that is nestled among beautiful Ponderosa pine trees and sits on a 3rd of an acre providing significant privacy.
This is a quality constructed home located near Sunriver's Fort Rock Park, and centrally located between both golf courses, bike paths, and the SHARC.

The home features a reverse living floor plan, which is a very comfortable open style with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have the living room, dining area, kitchen, one-half bath, and master bedroom. The living room has a dramatic river-rock fireplace (wood provided) with an artfully fashioned custom mantel. Open vaulted ceilings throughout the upper level, a wonderful centerpiece for the gathering together of family and friends. The cozy setting overlooks the back into the large wooded area. The dining area has seating for eight with 3 additional at the counter.

You will find terrific views from every window. Especially enjoyable after a long day's exploration of the boundless, natural beauty surrounding our Sunriver vacation rental home.

Directly off the dining room is the outrageous, wrapping deck with an Umbrella table, lounge furnishings and barbecue grill. From the deck, skyline views offer guests the ideal place to experience brilliant sunsets and sparkling, night skies... bright with romance and starlight.

The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you would ever need.The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the deck which will take you to the hot tub on the lower deck.

The lower level is where you find the family room with a queen-size sofa sleeper. There is a 41" flat screen TV with
DVD/VCR. You have access to the lower deck to the hot tub from a large sliding door. Off the family room is the second bedroom which has a queen-size bed and a full bath.

Bedroom three is also off the family room which has a set of bunk beds, and a queen-size bed. Bathroom three is off of bedroom three and the family room. The Laundry room is off the family room on the way to the garage, where there are bikes.We also have a ping pong table.

There is over 30 miles of bike trails just waiting for you to explore

**We have 8 unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay. This saves you hundreds of dollars with these unlimited use passes!! Access to SHARC aquatic pools, Tubing Hill, Tennis Courts.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thank you for taking good care of our home!!!!! There are xtra keys on the cork board in the kitchen. you can also leave the laundry room door unlocked, just make sure the garage is locked
Close all window coverings. Place dirty towels and bed linens in the laundry room Please make sure you wash, dry fold and put away the beach towels,
Unwind ie close the umbrella out on the deck, If there are high winds it could be pulled out of the stand.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
I provide beach towels for the hot tub and sharc, but if used they need to be washed, dried folded and put away otherwise there will be a $25 charge
please do not use bath towels for hot tub, they are getting ruined by bleach from the hot tub, and please no bleach in washing machine, thank you

Sunriver is a great community to visit. Lots of great paths to walk or ride your bike. Lots of beautiful golf courses to take advantage of while you are there, if you are a golfer.The Sunriver Village store is convenient and offers a lot of yummy options. Friendly service and close to house.Bend is 20 miles away and offers just about anything you need or want.

Lovely home filled with everything you need for a fun-filled stay in Sunriver. We enjoyed using the homeowners bikes and absolutely loved free access to the recreation center-the pool and water slides were great fun. Our only issue was trying to get the cable tv to work-just couldn’t figure it out!

We loved this home and especially how well stocked it was. Close to everything and helpful having the passes. The bikes are a bit of a challenge and some wider tires or at least a couple with gears would be appreciated. Overall, lovely property and so glad we stayed here!

The house was perfect for the seven of us! The beds were comfortable, I appreciated the family room in addition to the living room, so everyone had space. The kitchen was well stocked. And we were short trips from Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. We'd happily stay there again.

Lovely home! We enjoyed the deck and privacy even while among other homes. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we could possibly have needed. Kathy was very gracious when a problem arose. (I did forget to tell her the stove back left burner was not working.) As we were getting ready to leave, my granddaughter said it best….”I love this home!”

Fantastic Location In Sunriver

This property is very centrally located in Sunriver. All 3 bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. The kitchen is extremely well appointed. We really enjoyed our time here.

Great for Quite Retreat
