This is our 4th visit to Kathy’s lovely home. It is such a beautiful and quiet location. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The hot tub is so relaxing. The house is always clean. Kathy is absolutely wonderful to communicate with.

Kathy was a great host. She seemed to truly care that we had a relaxing and great stay. The house was wonderful and has everything you need. The house is close to the bike paths and easy access to the Village and swimming pool. We will be back!

The house was very clean and very well supplied, especially the kitchen, which had all the tools, etc. that we needed. We had to deal with the owner on an issue of our doing and she was very pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue.

We always enjoy our stay at this Sunriver house! The layout of the house is perfect for our family, with a large living area and main ensuite bedroom upstairs, and two bedrooms with bathrooms downstairs for our adult children. Everyone has enough space to relax in. The large deck is perfect for outdoor barbecuing and dining. The house is very clean and the kitchen very well stocked. Communication with the host is excellent. Thank you once again, for a wonderful Sunriver vacation!

The house was so spacious the photos don’t do it justice! We had the block to ourselves and it was so peaceful. Hot tub was just right and beds were comfy. We were able to make this housea home right away i would love to stay here in the future!

Great property. Owners were incredibly friendly and worked with me. Home is spacious with everything you need. Incredibly clean. My boys both said they’d stay here again, and that’s my measuring stick. We were down there for a weekend of baseball, and this house helped to make it an amazing experience. I’d rent this home again in a heartbeat. To be honest, I’ll be bummed if it’s not available.

Sunriver is a wonderful destination. Lots to do and enjoy. Home had lots of room but was very dated and felt worn. It was not as clean as what I was expecting.

The house was built in 1994, We have kept it maintained, When I go over periodically, the house is usually very clean with maybe a few minor exceptions. Not sure why this time is was not "as clean" The photos in the vrbo site depict exactly what the house is like, I do plan on doing some updates but currently am working on the deck, and fire safety issues. The house did have a deep clean in Mid April that I do every year. If it is not to a guests satisfaction I would appreciate knowing that at the time My housekeeper will come out and take care of cleaning if necessary Thank you for your comments Kathy

Great family retreat

We loved this home and especially how well stocked it was. Close to everything and helpful having the passes. The bikes are a bit of a challenge and some wider tires or at least a couple with gears would be appreciated. Overall, lovely property and so glad we stayed here!

Wonderful owner, great property and fabulously stocked kitchen

Kathy is a great host and excellent communicator. The women of our family were together for a family reunion and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time and the wonderful outdoor space that the property has. Highly recommend this warm and comfortable property.
