Needs a some updating. Bed frames where all loss and banged against the walls every time you moved. Sand was never cleaned out of the pool. Had a wonderful time though with the family. Thank you.

Perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in Gulf Shores! The space was more than adequate to accommodate six people. The condo is very spacious, was very clean, and we felt at home. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and the host was very responsive. The pool was nice and we were right on the beach. We hope to be back to visit again!

Decent Place for Quick Vacation with the Kids

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was and all over the floor and inthe beds. We had to walk with socks or slippers the entire time. We only had one till of tissue for each bathroom and one full of paper towels for 3 days and it wad 2 adults and 4 children.

Great location

The good: the place was perfect location and nice layout. The bad: the place smelled like mildew really bad. We tried to air it out but our cloths and suitcases were stinking so bad from the mildew. I don’t usually give a negative review but I don’t want someone else to go through what we did.

Amazing Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time. The property was in a great location. No problems with parking. Unit was clean upon arrival. We did have an issue with the refrigerator; however, we called the emergency number at 9pm and it was fixed by 9:20pm. We didn't go out to attractions or restaurants as we brought the fun but there is plenty to do around the area if you want to spend the extra money. I thought the description said a King, 2 queen and 2 twin but I might have been mistaken. Regardless we had an amazing time and would love to rent this exact unit again next year if available.

Large Condo, great view

We had a great stay! 4 adults and 4 kids. Having 3 bathrooms was nice, kitchen was stocked, view from the balcony was amazing. As others have mentioned, the AC units and dryer vents are right outside of the front door, during our stay other guests had large fans that seemed to help with the heat. Not a complaint, just for informational purposes: Massive high rise directly across the street and the beach is very narrow in this area, if you’d like a decent spot on the beach I’d suggest putting your umbrellas out around 6-6:30 in the morning. Overall, great stay, would stay here again.

We had a couple hiccups. My mom tripped on broken concrete in the parking garage and my daughter stepped a briken pool drain cover. Notified manager and they said it would be taken care of immediately!But everything turned out ok. The spot was beautiful!

The a/c never got below like 76. For some reason cell service wasn’t great in building either we all dropped calls daily even w WiFi. The 1st floor right above the pool was a great location to interact w the people w us who wasn’t in the water.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was adequate. It was a 3 bedroom. The furniture was tired not in great shape. The unit was very dated. There was a nice couch and 1 chair that was comfortable. They had 2 outdoor swivel chairs for inside seating. One of these chairs leaned forward and you could not sit in it because you felt like you would fall out. The cleanliness of the unit was fair. The kitchen was stocked fairly well. Mostly just a lot of cheap mismatched items. The units air never cooled under 78 degrees. The outside air conditioning units are right outside of the elevators close to the units doors. This gave off unbelievable heat so much the doors were hot. You could not stand it for more than a few seconds. It needs a major updating for what I paid. The pool furniture was sparse and not in good shape. The pool also needed work. The parking is tight. The location is good.

The view from the deck was amazing! We watched dolphins swimming around. The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. I walked out on the beach early every morning and watched the sun rise.
