📄 Rental Agreement & Guest Verification

After booking, you’ll need to sign our Rental Agreement and complete guest verification through Truvi, our third-party health and safety partner. These steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking or 4 hours before check-in, whichever comes first. If this doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to offer a free cancellation.

🚭 Non-Smoking Property

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Violations may result in immediate removal and additional charges.

🎉 Age Requirement

Groups where all guests are under 25 years old are not permitted.
