Enjoy the calm of the countryside in our small champagne house of 130 m². Our farm is located Droyes in a hamlet surrounded by forests, meadows, near the Lac du Der and its many activities (5 kms).
We renovated the farmhouse framed wooden highlighting the old architecture (beams, floor tiles, bricks). The simple and stylish decor gives you a warm and friendly atmosphere in a rustic and authentic.
With a capacity of 6/8 people, our cottage can ideally accommodate 2/3 couples with 2 children (additional cot on request).
- DRC: a room (bed 2 people 140x190), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen, a living room with sofa (extra bed for 2 people), a wood stove and a beautiful bread oven brick transformed into pizza oven.
- First floor: a room (bed for 2 people 160X200), a living room with a bunk bed for 2 children (85X180).

At your disposal :
Modern and efficient facilities, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, spacious green areas with trees and flowers (semi-closed), a half hectare of forest with mountain bike trails, an orchard with many fruit trees, a reserved parking space in the courtyard of the farm ...

Equipments:
- Hifi: flat screen TV 102 cm (3D, connected to internet), Blu-ray 3D / DVD / CD player, home theater with speakers 5. 1
- Fixed computer (with Windows 7) in free access with internet
- Internet (free): WIFI
- Appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, VMC, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pancake / raclette, waffle maker, iron and ironing board .. .
- Bedding: recent good quality mattresses (duvets and pillows provided, linen on request)
- Heating: electric heaters (single convectors) and high-performance wood stove
- Baby equipment (on request): cot, bath, changing table, stroller
- Children's games: bikes, scooters, board games, books, DVDs, toys ...
- Security: smoke detectors

Additional services (not compulsory):
- Cleaning charge (with ecological household products): 50 €
- Linen rental (sheets, towels and home): 12 € per person
Each bed is equipped with a mattress, a duvet and a pillow per person. If you
want to bring your own sheets, we will check that each bed has a fitted sheet, a duvet cover and a pillowcase per person. By measure
hygiene and for the comfort of everyone, we forbid sleeping bags!
- Firewood: 60 € the stere (a stere wood will be stored near your house.)
- Bike rental (10 € per person the first day + 5 € per person per day
additional),
- Baby equipment (stroller, cot, chair, bath, changing table): € 10 / stay
- Promotion of local products (fruit juice, champagne, beer, duck, eggs ...), vegetables
from the garden, fruit from the orchard ...

Conditions of the rental:
- Deposit required: 500 € (to pay on the spot)
- We accept last-minute bookings, seasonal rentals,
business workers, animals and holiday checks.
- Open all year: rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season and during
School holidays (except in low and middle season for weekends, mid-week)
