This house was extremely clean! The beds are also very comfortable! The garden was our favorite part. A wonderful old-fashioned cottage garden with mostly native plants. Fun little trails and hidden spots. Each morning I had my coffee on the back porch watching the chipmunks frolic! Each evening we sat out and watched the fireflies. We were there for an event at the Von Braun Center and it was a super easy drive from the house to the center!

We visited Huntsville while considering a move to the area, and choosing the right place to stay is never easy. From the moment we walked through the door, I knew we had made the right decision.The property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we wanted to see and do. It provided the perfect retreat after our days of exploring the area.Our host was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even helped us connect with local resources that were important to our family's future plans.We truly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the hospitality. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Huntsville.

It was a house and not a hotel room! We were in town for a golfing weekend and this was the perfect place to stay, relax and make some memories! The price was right and we were all happy. This was my first VRBO experience and will definitely not be my last.

The home was clean and very spacious. The home owner was amazing he was there to answer any questions we had was very helpful. Couldn't have asked for better! We will definitely be staying again if we are ever back in Huntsville.

How do I begin. First of all, I'll say a few good things about the Host. He was very attentive to our needs and friendly. He had a lot of sentimentality about his childhood home and liked to share. Next, the outside pictures are very deceiving. They must have been taken when his mother was alive and the landscaping was in its "glory" period. Because now, calling it a jungle is an understatement. It was so overgrown you could not even safely get to the backyard, much less sit on the "patio." The "busy" street was just below the crest of a hill and it was too dangerous to back in and there was not enough room for two vehicles to turn around. Inside, we experienced flooding in the Kitchen from a leak in the kitchen sink which he claimed to know nothing about even though there was a large pan of water beneath the sink. The carpets were nasty and I don't use that word often. There was no exercise equipment at all. The beds were comfortable and other amenities were adequate. There was a lot in the kitchen that seemed to be left over from when his mother was around as it was very old. Oh, and during our last night, the storm caused a huge limb to fall onto the house. Fortunately, it didn't come through the ceiling. Sorry for the delay in getting this to you. I really, really to give this bad a review but I am trying to protect others.

The house is beautiful! Communication with the owner was excellent too. The drive way isn't ideal, but the owner was great about that too. It is near a busy intersection, but we never really heard much traffic at all. We cannot wait to stay again next summer!!

Great place & very communicate owner

The owner was great to work with, very helpful, and provided an overall great stay. The home is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Located on a busy street but also a great location to get anywhere in Huntsville.

Cozy house that feels like coming home to Grandmas. Plenty of room with all the amenities of home. Less than 10 mins from Von Braun and the space center. Nice host.

Enjoyed the room.
