A spacious Kitchen with plenty of storage is right beside the dining area that can seat 7 guests easily.  The living area offers plenty of seating and a TV for everyone to enjoy.  The half bathroom and laundry area are located by the kitchen on the main level and easily accessible.  Retreat to the top floor bedrooms on the 3rd level of the home to shower and rest.  Both bedrooms have a private en-suite bathroom.  The Master suite features a TV, en-suite bathroom, balcony, and king-size bed.  The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a closet, storage, and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor dining in the screened-in balcony is ideal for every fisherman's vacation.  Downstairs the backyard offers an outdoor grill, lounge chairs water views, and instant access to your boat, bait freezer, and everything you need to enjoy a Florida Keys fishing trip. You can truly "Catch n' Relax" in this vacation rental home.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
