King’s Apartment es una propiedad ideal para huéspedes comerciales y familias que aprecian la ubicación tranquila y relajante. Estamos a 10 minutos a pie de la playa de Aberdeen, Sports Village y la principal calle principal llena de restaurantes y lugares de interés.
King’s Apartment cuenta con una moderna y amplia cocina comedor, un amplio salón equipado con un sofá esquinero y una puerta en el patio, 2 habitaciones de buen tamaño con vista al jardín delantero. El apartamento es accesible para sillas de ruedas y no hay pasos para el acceso más fácil.
Cada apartamento se beneficia del espacio de estacionamiento gratuito asignado. También hay espacios de estacionamiento para visitantes gratuitos, sin embargo, no es posible reservar un espacio de estacionamiento adicional.

Very good value place to stay

The apartment is in general very good. Hosts are great, they welcomed us and explained everything. There is a cheat sheet with all the relevant information. Peoplea were great, grating us more days to stay when requested. Location is great, you have a groceries store very close. You can walk to Union Street, to the beach, to the parks and other place to visit. Close to bus stops. Food delivery also available. It has a parking lot. The rooms has 2 single beds, when join, it converts to a king size (you can sink in the middle). It needs an in deep cleaning, but it is in good condition. The living room has a good space. Apartment has Internet, works fine (sometimes need to be re-started). It also has TV, good channel selection. Heating in all the apartment, works fine. I recommend this place

Visiting my home town Aberdeen

On arrival we were welcomed by Lucas very warmly making us feel welcome, apartment was up to standard bring clean modern with everything you needed being there. Beds were comfortable and had lovely sleeps as the area was very quiet but accessible to shops like Morrison not far away or anything else you needed. Kitchen had all mod cons with living room comfortable with sofa, apartment heated up very quickly , we ventured down to beach for a walk in the evening as it’s was a lovely evening, we were very lucky with having 3 sunny days when up so a lot to be grateful for. Would defiantly go back for another stay as it was very comfortable .

Clean, neat, safe, with good parking

Great host. Very clean. Assigned parking in a private lot adjacent to the building. About a mile from most attractions. The only downside is sleeping. The beds are very hard and you should bring your own pillows. The pillows are limp and empty in all beds.

Ideal location

Home from Home

Kings Apartment is well furnished, clean and comfortable apartment situated close to the city centre but in a quiet area. Great amenities including wifi and parking. Nice touch with tea/coffee and toiletries. Booking was easy and communications were very clear. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Lovely apartment

Stayed for 3 nights in July and loved the location and apartment was clean and had tea coffee sugar dishwasher tablets and fairy liquid. Close to beach and union st for shops! Could maybe do with extra pillows and a hoover as would like to hoover crumbs up after kids before we left. But overall excellent apartment and would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect stay for a week

We were in Aberdeen with two sons, 16 and 19, to attend our daughters graduation. Everything we needed was there (the only thing we missed was better frying pan). The location was very good and it is a quiet and calm neighberhood at night.

Lovely clean flat with thoughtful touches

Very clean, simple flat but with lots of necessities that are not provided in all self-catering places: toilet paper, washing-up liquid and tea towels, towels and bedlinen, soap, teas and coffees etc. Lots of plates and cutlery, good cooking equipment, even dishwasher (plus tablets!) and washing machine. Very comfy beds. Easy dedicated parking and ground-floor flat. Good location, walkable to beach, town and swimming pool. Met by friendly owner and shown round but self-checkout made leaving at a time of your own choosing easy. Would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

Our short visit to Aberdeen

On arrival we were met by a lovely gentleman who showed us around and explained any thing we needed to know. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It was well located to walk to the promenade and to the shops. The purpose of our visit was to watch football and the apartment was within easy reach of where we went.

lovely clean and spacious apartment

Spotlessly clean and spacious for 2a and 1c, good central location for the city and fab that there was a parking space. Someone met us with the keys to get in and we deposited them in a box when we left. Excellent value for money. Only a few minor points - needs more plates/cups, a bin in the bathroom and some of the light bulbs didn't work. Would def recommend.

Very nice modern apartment

Nice location, nice apartment. Could have been made a bit more comfortable for watching TV, if few cushions were supplied on sofa. Also TV picture quite bad, think new TV will have to be supplied soon. Also maybe supply proper size bath towels as oppose to ones just a little bigger than hand towels. That said it was still a lovely apartment.
