¡¡¡Recientemente renovado!!! No vas a creer que esto es una casa de vacaciones en la playa! Todo lo que una casa puede ofrecer y mucho más !!! Magnífico y raro al mar / lago ver condominios de lujo. Amplio y cómodo hogar lejos del hogar. acceso a la playa está a pocos pasos. Sentarse en la terraza y ver seres queridos juegan en la arena. Situado en el centro en una calle tranquila de una sola vía. Una vez que aparcar su coche, tirar las llaves en el mostrador; no necesitará otra vez durante su estancia. Entretenimiento, comidas y cenas informales en los restaurantes locales maravillosos, tiendas y un top 10 clasificados paseo marítimo están a sólo dos cuadras de distancia en el centro de Carolina Beach. Y, no se olvide de los británicos Donuts, clasificado con el número 2 en los Estados Unidos y fácilmente adictivo. Durante la temporada alta; disfrutar del parque de atracciones, películas en el lago, el bingo, fuegos artificiales y el mercado de los agricultores, que están a sólo un corto paseo.

It was a great location. The 88, 90, and 93 year old sisters loved the place. They were extremely glad to have the elevator. They are talking about when they come next year staying in the same place the first weekend in October. Renee was great to work with and answered all of our questions before we even got there.

We were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect place for six of us! Plenty of room for sure. Beach/ocean views off of two balconies. A lake/water view out of the master bedroom. There was a nice park nearby. And there was plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend!

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity by the Sea. The view of the ocean was fantastic-just like staying at an oceanfront house. Everything we needed-from beach toys for the kids to wine glasses for the adults-was provided. The house was in walking distance to the boardwalk, shopping and nice restaurants. Renee was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The elevator was not working when we first arrived and Steve, the maintenance man, came almost immediately to fix it. (He also gave us great advice on where to go to eat!). We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo, plenty of space for our large group! Renee did an excellent job of providing every little thing to make our stay fantastic. Steve her Maintence manager was excellent in responding to our request to help install arm supports on the toilet for my 88 y/o mother. The best place I have rented for many reasons ! Book it!

The property was perfect in so many ways! The location was top notch. The house is walking distance to so many places...the beach (as well as view of the beach from the balcony), the Boardwalk (including many restaurants and shops), other restaurants and shops down the main street nearby. We rarely got in the car all week which was a nice treat. The house itself is well maintained, comfortable, roomy and well stocked for any needs. We would certainly stay again! Owners were accommodating to a last-minute change and allowed us to add on an extra day.

great location

this condo was pretty nice, super view of the ocean from the one deck ..overall nice but could tell that it was a rental ..light over stove not working, light over coffee bar not working, the doorknob out to the deck quit operating, probably rusty from the ocean but we could not keep the outside door shut, had to put table in front of it, not good for air conditioning and such, told the mgr but it was like that half of our trip there, the elevator worked but is pretty slow, that could be typical but at least it did work to bring suitcases and food and such up to 3rd floor ..overall nice but few things maybe need attention.

Very nice well stocked condo in great location.

Loved this unit. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving out of town. Upper level gave good view of ocean from across the street but made stair climbing a challenge. There was an Elevator if you needed it. Awesome location near bars and restaurants a few blocks away. We would stay there again.

Weekend Hideaway

We planned a weekend away with our family of 9 to this condo. Plans changed and my husband, 4 year old son and I were the only three to go on the trip. The condo is in an excellent location and is just as advertised, if not better. The layout is open and allows for relaxing without worrying about the littles safety because they can be seen in all common areas. We came back well rested and so thankful for the time together we had here.

Thanksgiving at Carolina Beach

We went to the condo for a Thanksgiving family reunion. It was very well furnished and very spacious. It was very convenient to the beach. We specially liked the fact that it had a dedicated elevator, since it was accessed on the fourth floor. The elevator was small and quite slow, but still quicker than walking up the steps. And in fact, we had a good time joking about the elevator. Overall it was a wonderful visit and we would stay there again.

Fantastic Location

Our family wanted to stay here in 2020, but our plans were derailed due to Covid. It took us three years, but we were thrilled to finally come to Serenity by the Sea. The house is so clean, full of light, plenty of space, a full stocked kitchen for real cooking, games, and to top it all off - a beautiful view! The elevator was essential since one member of our family uses a wheelchair. While the bathrooms are not exactly wheelchair accessible, we were able to make it work. The easy ramp access to the beach was fantastic, as was the use of the garage for keeping the large beach wheelchair loaned to us by Carolina Beach. Our family enjoyed being within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do that week. We highly recommend Serenity by the Sea!

Cant be beat in Carolina Beach!

Top notch place to stay in Carolina Beach! Well stocked with fantastic views of both the Ocean and Lake. Right in the middle of everything you could want. Walk 5 minutes to the Boardwalk, ice creme, restaurants, and most importantly right across the street from the beach access. Perfect location to be around it all. House is well stocked for cooking, provides all the needed towels and other linens, beach chairs, and all the things you really need to just enjoy the beach without having to pack more than a suitcase of clothes!

Picture perfect CB property

Our family just spent one week at this property and we are looking forward to returning again in the future! The property was incredibly clean and accommodating! Kitchen was stocked with everything you will need for large family meals. Additional amenities provided by host include laundry pods/dryer sheets, beach chairs and beach cruisers. The location to the beach was much closer than I expected and the view from the porch was picturesque! The small elevator was helpful for members of the family that weren’t able to navigate the multiple flights of stairs. Would highly recommend this property!
