The view from the deck was absolutely amazing! Spacious living area. Extremely close to the boardwalk and pier. If you wanted to leave your car parked you could definitely navigate by foot. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The only negative we would give is the pans…but I’m sure if they stocked non stick pans they would get ruined! This place is amazing and we will come back! The host is so sweet and easy to contact. Thanks for a great mini vacation!

So great to simply walk out to the beach each day, and watch the sunrise from the porch. A great location and made for a great get away. Appreciated the communication and suggestions for things to do in the area.

Seas the Moment Memories

Our host was the most attentive person we have ever rented from! Seas the Moment was perfect for my small family. Everything was as represented in the ad. Everything was really clean. She checked on us multiple times and gave us good ideas of places to go for food and entertainment. I’m saving the absolute best for last. The view from our patio was absolutely amazing. I would say definitely book this spot for your next vacation in Carolina Beach.

Beautiful View

My husband and I stayed here between Christmas and New Years. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, a bowl of candy and a nice note from the property owner. The place was immaculate. We had easy access to the beach and the pier where we had a drink and delicious burgers.We highly recommend this venue.

The beautiful sunrise, the peace & tranquility (this time of year), the dolphins, the seagulls searching for breakfast, and the sea in its glory...nothing can compare to nature at its best. Plus a helpful, friendly host. Love the condo and all its amenities.

I moved to this area from Virginia in 2000 and first rented an apartment in Wrightsville Beach. I later bought this property in Carolina Beach and lived here for a year. During that time I was creating a beautiful simple & elegant coastal atmosphere in my many upgrades. Just to wake up and see the sun rise over the ocean was like a dream come true. Oh my goodness, at the end of the day, just to sit on my comfy living room sofa and to be mesmerized by watching the waves roll in and hearing the sound as they embrace the shore was an unbelievable joy. I love breathing in the salt air and hearing the happy sound of vacationers as they play on beach.

My goal is for all my guests to have the same joyful and relaxing experience as I have had. I appreciate that if there is something amiss that the guest lets me know as soon as possible. I strive to make this a place filled with wonderful memories where you'll want to come again and again.

I chose this neighborhood because it is far away enough from the large hotels that there's plenty of room to spread out your blanket and beach gear. It had that million dollar view! Its location is the perfect mix of staying in a quieter area but with a quick 15 minute walk up the beach you can be in the midst of the action on the boardwalk. On the boardwalk you will find great restaurants, entertainment & shopping. Try award winning Britt's Doughnuts during the high season!

Location, location, location. With a top floor end unit, this condo has a million dollar view. On the large deck, enjoy watching the sun rise with your cup of coffee or sit under the stars in the evening with a glass of wine. Feel the breeze. Smell the healing salt air. Listen as the waves tumble onto the shore. Breathe it in with all your senses & tuck it away in your memories. You'll think, "I want to come back here...".

There is a private walkway to the beach with lifeguard station #5 just to the right. Although it is located in a quiet area it is also within walking distance for great food, shopping and entertainment on the boardwalk. Since the condo has only six units you won't be waiting in long lines to shower off after a day in the sand and sun. You can enjoy alfresco family dinners overlooking the ocean at our outdoor space with the fun surfboard picnic table and charcoal grill.
