Classy Casita is the the perfect home-away-from-home for all your southern Utah adventures. It’s a great getaway for families or groups, with 3 en-suites and plenty of space for sleeping 10 people. Cool off with a pool just 200 feet away. In 45 minutes or less you can explore the breathtaking Zion National Park, play in the water at Sand Hollow or Quail Creek reservoirs, hike Snow Canyon, or enjoy all that Southern Utah has to offer. With easy freeway access, Classy Casita is conveniently located minutes from dining, shopping, and a wide variety of hiking, biking, ATVing, and running trails. Elegant furnishings and amenities invite you to relax in luxury after your busy day—or to just get away.

Room 1: Master bedroom on the main floor, with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. Enjoy the new, comfortable king-size bed, Smart TV, and DVD player.

Room 2: Comfortable room with a king-size bed, and single floor mattress and portable crib. This room also has its own full bathroom, TV, and a DVD player.

Room 3: The family bedroom is the largest room, with a queen bed, and bunk beds (double on the bottom, single on the top). There is plenty of floor space for another floor mattress, plus a children’s area in the corner with toys and a small table and beanbag the perfect size for your kids. There’s also a TV and a DVD player with several kid-friendly movies.

Kitchen: Fully-stocked kitchen with all you need to whip up your own meals. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave popcorn, instant oatmeal, pancake/waffle mix, and syrup included. Comes with:

This was a great place to stay with family for a long weekend in Washington and St. George. There was plenty of space for 5 of us, and we loved the location and all the amenities. The owners were great to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house. It was so cute and very clean. It had everything you needed. They even left popcorn and hot chocolate for you to use. The pool is super close and was great! I would stay here again!

Nice retreat

We were looking for a place away from the rush and tourism from Zion (even though Zion was the reason of our trip). We found that here! It was a nice 45-55 min ride in depending on traffic. The townhouse is in a nice quiet neighborhood , fully equipped for all your needs and nicely appointed. Close to grocery shopping and major highway for easy access to /from the townhouse. I would def recommend !

Great family home!

Love this home! Jason made everything so easy for us. Upstairs kids bedroom has tons of space with its own bathroom. Second bedroom upstairs also has its own bathroom. Beautiful kitchen, living room, dining room, and master. Conveniently close to the freeway. We loved it!

Wonderful Experience

3 senior softball players and 2 wives in town for Huntsman games. Stayed in a very similar townhouse in the same area in 2023 but we will book this one again in 2025 if it it available because of the extras these owners have included. Coffee, filters, hot chocolate, spices galore, backpacks for hiking, blue ice for coolers - just a lot of nice extra touches. Easy to communicate with owners as well. Loved our stay here. Thank you!

Friends in Utah

Every year 3 friends that have retired from UPS go on a week vacation together at different locations around the US. We had a fabulous time at this great rental which is in a great location with many things to do. We went to a production of Frozen at TUACAHN AMPHITHEATRE which was amazing. Went to Zion and Bryce National Parks that are in good range from rental. Lots of museums in area and plenty of shopping. The house was very clean and served very well for us. It had everything that we needed for our week stay and very comfortable. We would definitely come back if the chance came about.

Zion family trip

Visited in early October. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-15. The trip to Zion took about 55 mins each way. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked very well. I was unhappy that the cable had been disconnected last month and we were only able to stream (very little) on the TV. We were in a mid sized SUV - Chevy Traverse - and it was a very tight fit for the garage. The owners were very responsive and timely.

Great location

The townhouse is in a great location for hiking the area. We were part of 2 families staying in the area and we were able to get 2 places walking distance from each other. We didn’t use any of the common areas but other people in our party did and said the pool is heated. The house was a good set up for our adult family. One disappointment was how dirty the carpets were. Would not want small children crawling around. There were also a few basic items missing in the kitchen, like a whisk. Communication with the owner was easy and fast, especially given we were there over Xmas. Overall had a great stay.

Washington House

I think our stay was very good. Our friends from New York had some complaints and that was their opinions. You were quick to respond to our need for paper products. Your communication was great and I really appreciated that. One thing you might want to look at is the rug in the living room and how the ends are curling up. I know that Velcro underneath the rug is worn out. I think the place was great and I appreciate everything. Thanks for everything!

We are happy to share our love of this area with others, and offer them a home-away-from-home place while they enjoy what this area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

We've stocked Classy Casita with the amenities we would enjoy as travelers ourselves - a couple backpacks and a cooler so you can leave yours home, various sizes of flip-flops for running to the pool in case you forgot yours, some pool toys, pool towels, , and board games and movies for when the weather doesn't cooperate.

The location is less than 5 minutes from the freeway, close to dining and shopping, and in 45 minutes or less you can be at any of the major attractions in the area.
