The apartment is small but well equipped with everything needed. The area is blue collar neighborhood but gated. TV and everything was good but the bed was not comfortable and only queen size.

The host (Stephanie) was very welcoming!Everything stood out, the cleanliness, the decor and the unit was equipped with everything l needed and more. I had a wonderful stay and this is an excellent place. Everything is in perfect condition and the owner does an amazing job of thinking of everything one might need for their visit. My wife was so impressed that she wants to take some of the ideas and make upgrades back home! Highly recommended.

Parents Picking Up College Daughter

BEST. STAY. EVER. (And we've stayed in a lot of different homes.) Here's why this home and owner are distinguished from others: it's not about renting; it's about hospitality. From the moment we decided on the VRBO, our communication was superb and streamlined. We arrived and found a home simple to enter (unlike so many!). Awaiting us was a welcome sign, a squeaky clean home that smelled so good, and extra details like we've never seen (no spoilers! :-) The kitchen is a thing of wonder. The entire home is beautifully maintained and appointed, and best of all, the bed! It's so comfortable. There's even a topper for the pullout. That's so thoughtful--no other VRBO we've been to has provided a topper to make those uncomfortable pullouts, well, more comfortable. :-) Our checkout was a breeze--the best we've experienced because this owner responded proactively and sent us on our way with zero fuss. This VRBO deserves more than five stars because again, it's not about renting; this owner understands the meaning of hospitality, and it shows. Thank you for a great stay. We'll be back. :-)

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. The heated pool and hot tub were right across the driveway. Stephanie was a great communicator. I would definitely stay at her unit again.

Relaxing stay

The property is "as advertised"! Clean, beautiful furnishings and appliances. Excellent communication with the owner. Gift/Goody basket was appreciated!!. Nice welcome book that explained Everything. The owner did everything to make this a very enjoyable stay.

Cute Tiny Spot

Really well maintained property with great hosts. Directly across the road from one of the hot tubs/pools. Great attention to detail. Only negative feedback is that this is listed to sleep 5 people. I was there with my sister (who I have shared rooms, beds, and backpacking tents with) and grandmother and we were absolutely on top of each other. There was a very large walk in closet and decent dresser for two people, but that meant everyone having to go into the bedroom any time they needed anything, so no personal/nap space. I just don’t see how 5 people could comfortably coexist for more than a stopover, even if 3 of those people were children. BUT if that works for you, this is an incredible deal. Just had to say something because the existing pictures/reviews did not prepare us for the small space and it created a lot of tension on our holiday.

Fabulous unit and close to all!

We came to visit family in North Phoenix. This property was fantastic - very private and comfortable feeling. Super clean and so well appointed - everything from coffee pods to a snack basket and laundry supplies. The owner was very communicative, welcoming, and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, especially for the value compared with hotels in the area. Such a great experience, we hope that we have more than a weekend next time!

Wonderful place away from home!

Excellent!!

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this was perfect! The place was spic and span just like the pictures! All the little extras were so special. A beautiful welcome basket was waiting for us and the welcome binder had all the information anyone could need. Stephanie was so quick to respond whenever I had questions. She was very flexible with checkin and checkout times…so accommodating! There are 3 pools to enjoy and it’s a beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Very well appointed and had everything you could want, including well equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and close to one of the pools/hot tubs. Host has thought of everything, including extensive and detailed guestbook, a closet full of recreational items and a wonderful snack basket. Would highly recommend.

Modern, Updated Condo

From the welcome basket to checkout, this was a pleasant experience. The kitchen had many amenities, and modern layout. You could tell the owner catered to the business traveler. Amazing property and fantastic host!

Stephanie thought of every single thing one could possibly need. Her attention to detail was incredible! The unit itself is beautiful and clean and has great access to anything you want to see or do in Phoenix. Conveniently, the pool is right across the parking lot which is great. Perfection at the Pointe

Best VRBO & Host in Phoenix! Perfection …. It’s an home away from home, an affordable stay, great communication of the wonderful Host to the entry that includes a personal welcome to a gorgeously decorated organized home that sparkles clean, smells incredibly good, snacks provided when you arrive exhausted. The bed is so comfortable & I love this rental & host and return as much as I can. Thank you for another great stay!

A quiet and relaxing getaway

From the moment we walked in we knew that we were welcomed and relaxed. The condo is beautiful and sparkling clean. We immediately felt right at home.
