Excellent spot!

This was a great space for us (parent/adult child). Charming indeed. The posting, description, and photos were very accurate. It was a good location for us - and easy to access public transportation. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We highly recommend! Sidenote - the empanada place (El Gordito) adjacent to the apartment area was an unexpected and perfect find when we arrived back late after a day of adventuring (when it was too late to find a restaurant for dinner).

Our host was very accomodating. Nice area, cozy home, close to the canal and lots of restaurants. We took street car and subways to main tourist areas but we also walked to many places aswell which is a great way to explore the city!

Great location in Navigli, Milano

Quiet apartment in great location. Easy access to the metro, dining and shopping. The flowers in the courtyard provided great ambiance and scents to be enjoyed everyday. Highly recommend!

Schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung

Perfekt ausgestattet Wohnung ideal für einen Besuch in Mailand. Central gelegen, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt alles ganz in der Nähe. Für uns zu dritt war die Wohnung genau richtig. Die Innenhoflage bietet Erholung vom Trubel in der Stadt. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine Parkplätze!

Wonderful Experience

Location is amazing, super close to several major tourist spots such as the Duomo. All accommodations were super clean! Host provided detailed instructions on access to the property including how to get there from the airport which really helped! I felt right at home my first time visiting Milan. Would highly recommended!

Wonderful for a weeks stay

Good response from manager for minor problems. Easy tram ride to Duomo, train stations and heart of the city. Lots of restauants and shops nearby.Overall a very good place for a weeks stay.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the hosts accommodation to have a crib for our baby and help us check in when we had no phone service and got to the apartment at midnight after a long 24 hours of traveling. The host also helped us book a cab for leaving. She was so friendly and helpful and attentive.

Fine location

Sadly, the secure parking was closed and we could not get hold of the host. The air conditioning did not work and the apartment was extremely warm. There was no curtain in the lounge so it was hard to sleep.

Great neighbourhood / place to stay

The communication was great and the place was as listed. Wish it had a consumable (ie liquid bath soap) but overall, I would stay again.

Charming Navigli, truly charming.

I booked Charming Navigli as my last two nights in Italy thinking I would try a different neighborhood. The neighborhood would not draw me back again but the apartment would. Charming, charming, charming. A well appointed unit, I didn't need to cook but one could. The bedroom was quiet and unfussy. One could sleep there! The living area was comfortable, everything was clean and the bathroom....aha, a bathtub. So perfect at the end of one's journey. Ahhhh. Also, the check in and out was well detailed, even directions from Porta Genoa were easy to follow. Communication with the host was prompt, efficient and ...amusing? All the stars there are for Charming Navigli.

We loved this apartment. It is located in a perfect part of the city with alot of natural activity and restaurants. The attractions were a perfect walk for me and my wife. It was well equipped and had a market just up the street for shopping. Check in was very easy. The courtyard was very secure. The only note is that at night the gates are replaced by a wooden door which confused us coming back in the dark, but we had a good laugh about it.

Great location

Perfect spot to spend a few days in Milan. There were tons of restaurants within walking distance and it was easy to get to the downtown area by foot/bus/uber.

we had an amazing time at this property, we arrived in Milano a decent bit earlier than expected and we’re dragging around our luggage/ unsightly from traveling and Livia quickly responded to our plea to check in earlier (the apartment happened to be empty) and she was so gracious to let us come earlier. There is so much awesome nightlife in Milan that was walkable from the place and felt really safe. The bed was also very comfy and everything was just what we needed. 10/10

Beautiful, secluded apartment in lively Navigli

This is a lovely apartment in a small commune off the smaller of the Navigli canals. Not a sound can be heard at night in the bedroom, but outside the complex the nightlife is amazing. Convemiently located for everything in central Milan - all within 20-30 minutes by tube or on foot.

Terrific stay on Navigli

We had a very comfortable stay at Livia’s apartment. It’s in a great location within Navigli with everything you need within walking distance or public transport. We had a short lived issue with a delayed check in due to some unavoidable issues with keys. Livia helped sort this out and once we were settled, had a lovely time staying there.
