apartment is very comfortable, clean and lovely kitchen. The location is excellent and close to the best Milan has to offer. We stayed 11 days and we were supplied with one set of towels for each of us and one set of bedding, very bad quality. We had a shower daily and it was challenging. It is very apparent the owners or the company that owns the apartment look to cut cost no matter what. There is no toaster or microwave. The most shocking was the last day. At about 6:30 AM the lights went out and it still dark outside. I texted the person in charge and I was told to press the buttons on the wall. Nothing worked. I texted again and was told “no problem, have a good trip”. My husband needs a cane and we were left totally in the dark, only with the lights of our mobile phones. We wonder if this were timed for this to happened, so to make sure we were leaving. It was cruel and unacceptable.

Great Location in Milano

The apartment is great. Separate washer and dryer (not a combo unit!), convenient stove top, dish washer, 2 bathrooms, full living room, a study, and a large bedroom. Only negative is that all appliances have a manual but only in Italian. We Never could figure the over/microwave combo unit out, so could not cook anything, only could use the stove top. Otherwise it was very nicely equipped

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Easy access to Duomo, shopping, and restaurants. Property manager was easy to work with and quick to respond

The apartment is spacious. There is a full kitchen (no microwave) to cook, includes nesspresso machine for coffee. Dining room table seats 6, sitting room with a 4k tv that has all the apps to log into. Internet is solid. Shower is amazing, and water temp is hot hot! Super clean, and really cozy. Location is amazing, so many options for shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing. Don't be confused by the photos, there is only 1 king size bed. The second bedroom has two foldable chairs, comfortable for children under 10, NOT teenagers or adults.

Perfect spot for mom daughter trip

We have a lovely stay at Stephanie’s home. The spot was very well located with ease for metro and tram lines and close to Brera for dining and entertainment. The house was clean and felt very safe and quiet. Would stay here again.

Milan Getaway

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. Stefania is a great host. Gemma greeted us at check-in and was available to us during our stay. The property is as advertised. It is in a great location in the heart of everything. Quite frankly, it is a gem. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property / host.

A nice, centrally located apartment

Likes: central location, very clean, modern apartment; the manager Gemma was very nice and accommodating.Dislikes: 1.communication with the owner was somewhat difficult (e.g., the owner did not respond to some of my questions/requests such as providing Gemma's email address; providing the apartment address only after several requests). 2. In the apartment description it was mentioned that there is an a/c; however, it was not turned on even though the temperature outside was 80-81 degrees and we mentioned that it was hot in the apartment. The description should specifically mention that the a/c will not be available until June.3. Even though the bathrooms were clean, there was a really bad odor coming from the shower drain.

Family Friendly!

My wife and two toddlers and I absolutely loved our stay. Apartment was plenty spacious, loved having the washer and dryer, and even cooked a few meals in the kitchen. Perfect location for downtown Milan as well, very easy to reach M1/M2/M3 lines on metro, easy metro to Milano Céntrale as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent VRBO!

Both Stefania (host) and Gemma were very responsive and helped us with everything from learning about an induction stove to securing a taxi. The location was outstanding and we truly enjoyed every minute staying here!

Great Location

Beautiful condo in a great location. Spacious and nice to have two bathrooms. Loved the bathtub! If you’re into taking baths this tub is awesome! The shower however was dirty and had a bit of mold which was disappointing. Also, a few minor inconveniences. There was no toaster. I feel that when you rent a place a toaster should be a given. There was a panini press but that just doesn't compare to a toaster. Also, the book providing instructions was great to have but the two people mentioned as contacts if there were any issues, did not have contact info! And considering what was required for us regarding the garbage (sort, recycle, bring to garbage room) , it would have been nice to have bags for the garbage! I did bring this up with the host but was advised to find some. Overall, great location, great unit, just needs a bit of tweaking and attention to minor details to make it awesome.

Cool apartment in awesome location

Highly recommend this apartment for visiting Milan. The owner was great with communication and both check in and check out were easy. The location is outstanding, near to the Duomo, the palazzo, shopping district, restaurants and bars, museums and public transportation. There’s even a nearby, very clean and secure public parking garage (though pricey, but within normal Milan costs). Both bathrooms are great, large shower size. Lots of sheets and towels available for use. Laundry facilities included. Bedrooms are separate from one another so lots of privacy for 2 couples or a family with kids. Only minor downside is the room with the two futons (they’re very hard and pillows are not provided). Living room is spacious and kitchen is small but more than adequate. AC works brilliantly.

Nice very well placed apartment.

Windows give on a small quiet street which was good but limited the view and light it to the apartment. Was comfortable for 2 not sure about more people.

Best Location in town!
The apartment is located in the heart of the city center, in front of the Castello Sforzesco one step away from Duomo and Brera district.

The area could not be better served by public transport. Red metro Cairoli literally under the house, tram of all types leave the square for all directions

During your stay, you can enjoy pleasant walks or if you like do some jogging along the paths of the Parco Sempione. Strolling through the streets of downtown and do some 'shopping in the famous fashion district of Quadrilatero della Moda
