Family Reunion Annual Trip

We always enjoy our stay at this property! Love its proximity to beach, Coligny, and plenty of space for our extended family. Love the common areas, the ensuite bathrooms, and the outdoor pool/hot tub.

Annual Family Reunion

We have been coming to HHI for close to 50 years and 25+ yrs during Mem Day Weekend. Our family consists now of our mother, my brother and I, and our respective families. This home is perfect for us and we are looking forward to our 4th year at this property next year!

Location, location, location!

The house was in a perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the ocean! The house was even larger than it appeared in the photographs. Appliances high end. Lots of seating, new carpet upstairs. The only thing the owners may consider is refreshing the outdoor furniture and throw pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

The house is spacious and is able to accommodate large families with plenty of privacy and it’s a great location. The house is nicely decorated but with few amenities and everything is well worn. Towels are the very cheapest quality with no pool towels available. Very few paper products or soaps. Typically rental houses in this price range provide bath soaps and TP for the duration of your stay.

We note in our check in instructions that we provide only a starter set of soaps and paper products which means that all seven bathrooms had some. They usually last just depending on the usage and numbers in the group. I wish they had said the bath towels were undesirable as we would have brought you replacements right away.

Absolute gem!

We had a fabulous stay at this gorgeous house! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, which is nothing short of pure elegance. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants, and right across the street from beach access. All rooms were very large and very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had comfortable beds and every amenity you could want. The property mgmt/ owner were very attentive to any question we had and followed up with us immediately (there was a toilet that was constantly running but fixed promptly) which has not always been the case with other properties we’ve stayed at in Hilton Head. If you want a property that you don’t want to leave, this is the place for you and your family!! We will definitely look to book this house again.

The house was very spacious and comfortable and location is great but need lots of maintenance . The kitchen pots and pans were in terrible state and not enough sizes to cook. The bathroom sinks upstairs was totally blocked. we did reach out to the manager but got no reply for it so could not use that sink. The pool though infinite was only for one person to swim. very small which was a disappointment. The house could be maintained much better as it a great house .

Family Reunion

We really enjoyed the large kitchen where we could prepare our own meals - the double dishwasher and double laundry equipment were a big plus. We walked into town often, road our bikes on the great bike paths and the walked the beach. We played pickle ball and tennis, went to the farm market and museum and spent a day at Sea Pines (did a boat cruise.) We watched sunrises and sunsets from the beatch. The pool was fun and refreshing even for a big group like us. Having a covered patio allowed us to sit and watch a thunder storm one evening - it was pretty amazing - and take cover from the sun. The house had everything! Loved having a garage and easily fit 3 cars in. It was decorated beautifully. Floor plan was well thought out. It is a perfect house for a large group. Thank you for making our vacation memorable and spectacular.

Great Location

This was our first trip to HH and the location of this house was perfect! It’s a very easy walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We rented bikes which was a great way to see so many things. The house itself is huge giving everyone their own space and privacy. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. We look forward to visiting HH again! **one side note if you have small kids and they stay in the upstairs bedrooms you will hear all their walking around from the downstairs bedrooms**

Great Family Vacation Home

Everything was very nice. Loved lay out as we had multiple family members including grandchildren. Location is great. One block to beach and 2 to Piggly Wiggly and many other places. Very clean and had everything we needed.,

Beautiful house

House was wonderful. A few said beds needed new mattresses but master suite was very comfortable. Only negative thing was grill was very dirty. Food stuck on it. We cleaned it the best we could but still put foil on it when we used it. LOVED the house. Location was great with only a short walk to the beach or Coligny Plaza. Everyone had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing!

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for years and fell in love with this house the first time we saw it. This year my son was getting married at the Sonesta resort so we decided to rent this house and it exceeded our expectations! The house was very clean and decorated tastefully. Some of the extra items that were appreciated were the elevator to haul stuff to 1st and 2nd floor easily and a laundry room on each floor. Also, the two dishwashers came in handy. The house also has a built in speaker system for the living room and patio but we weren’t quite sure how to work it, so we used our own portable ones we brought. The pool is smaller due to the infinity overflow, which is beautiful, and it was perfect for our adult crew. However, it might not work well if you have a bunch of kids with you. My son and his friends enjoyed the spacious 2nd level game room. They only had one pool stick in good condition, but that was only because no one had reported it to the owners before me; otherwise they would have replaced them. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and all of the stores at Coligny. Kudos to the owners of this gem and thank you!!

Could not have been any better !

We were in Hilton Head for a close family friend. My entire family was invited and many of them stayed with us in this spectacular home. This home is within a 7-10 minute walk to EVERYTHING. If you simply want to relax, this is also a perfect place to watch the day go by listening to the water from the pool crest over beautiful stone water wall. All expectations were exceeded with this property. Check in was a breeze, super clean, everything in good working order, comfy beds, great linens and towels, everything you needed in the kitchen and more - I can't say enough nice things about this property. If you have several families looking for a great home on Hilton Head Island, this is the place to stay !

Great Property, Great Location With a Few Issues

*Hot water plumbing issues in one bathroom, carpet soiled in upstairs entry area, hot tub would not work, entry code did not work and had to be advised by property management of optional entry, master bed mattress extremely hard. Overall, a very good selection for our family gathering and would recommend.

AMAZING!

This home looks exactly like the photos but better! Our family had a great time here. We stayed here with my family ranging from age 76 to 15 and everyone had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone weather you wanted to quietly read a book or have fun by the pool. Any questions we had throughout our stay were promptly answered by the owner, communication and check in were great. Home is in an excellent location and is walkable to the beach, groceries & shopping. The home was extremely clean! Amazing vacation!!

Fabulous home and great location

This home had everything we needed for our 3 families. The kitchen was well equipped (having 2 dishwashers and two laundry rooms was great). The home is very spacious and is decorated beautifully. The location is also great, just a short walk to the beach and Coligny shopping center.

Thanksgiving get away

We had a great time in this North Forest Beach house. The property was 1 block from beach. Convenient location for local shops. Bike riding on the beach and bike path was great. Kitchen was large and spacious. Every bedroom has a bathroom. The home was perfect for our family.

Perfect home in the perfect location

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. Short walk to restaurants, stores and shopping but far enough away to feel secluded. Even shorter walk to the beach. It’s nice the beach access does not compete with larger condo buildings. 10/10
