FALL 2023 DATES OPEN! Luxury beach resort home on beautiful Lake Missaukee

This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach resort home is positioned to see amazing sunsets on the South side of Lake Missaukee. You’ll enjoy the cozy log cabin feel of the main house, and also have access to the one-of-a-kind loft space above the garage during the summer months. This home is the perfect family getaway.
The main living room opens to a large deck overlooking the lake. You’ll love the private sandy beach by day and warming up to the firepit at night.
You’ll be just a few miles away from dining and shopping and a public playground that sits right along the lake.

PEAK SEASON RENTALS:
The bonus room above the garage is included in your rental. 7 night minimum stay required. Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am.

CANCELLATIONS:
Rental must be paid in full 60 days out from reservation date. In the event renter requests to cancel reservation within 24 hours of booking or 6 months or more from reservation date, the renter will receive a full refund of fees paid. Cancelling more than 60 days from the reservation date will result in forfeiture of the first installment payment. Cancellation less than 60 days of rental, any and all fees will be forfeited.

Fantastic week on Lake Missaukee

Really enjoyed our week here and the property was just as advertised. Clean, great communications with the owners, fantastic location on the lake, and the bedroom area in the garage loft was an extra bonus.

Great fall getaway!

We recently spent a weekend in October and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had stayed on Lake Missaukee in the summer previously, this was our first time visiting in the fall. We enjoyed a cozy, relaxing weekend near the fireplace with incredible lake views! We will definitely plan on staying here again!

Great Week

Great Property

We had a great time at this property. The views from the living room and deck are great! The kitchens appliances are great, as well as the washer and dryer. Even though the dock was on most of the beach, there was still enough beach to enjoy. The kayak is a great thing to have, too! The neighborhood is also very nice. Would visit again!

Well stocked kitchen

We have rented homes for the last six years for our family get together. This house had the best well supplied kitchen we have had. Also appreciated the supply of towels and washcloths, extra propane tank, and seating capacity.

Return trip to Lake City

This was our second trip to Lake City. The house was beautiful and was spacious enough to accommodate six adults and three kids. We all enjoyed the beach and the shallow, clear water. The deck area was a favorite spot to hang out in the evening with beautiful views of the lake. We will definitely be back.

Great Family Vacation

Perfect space for our family! The property was just like the pictures. The lake front was great. The kitchen/dining area/ living room was open concept so we were able to be in the same area with plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The communication with the owner was very easy and provided a lot of details before check in. The check in and check out process was super easy. My family was very pleased with the property and we are already thinking about booking it again next year.

What a view

The weather could have been better, but this house is amazing. Beautiful finishes, amazing location. I only wish we had stayed there earlier in the season. I highly recommend this house.
