Esta propiedad cuenta con 225 pies de frente al lago y está situada sobre un acre de tierra. 50 pies de playa de arena se encuentra directamente en frente de la huelga. Incredibly well equipped kitchen, great for cooking for a large group. Very clean, loved that there were plentiful towels and extra sheets, pillows and blankets. Very comfy beds and extra cots plenty of couches and sitting areas. Did have a few hiccups with Internet service and a few weather related ice storm problems but host was very kind and responsive. Would love to stay again.

This was the best stocked house we ever rented.It was fantastic There was 17 of us .we had more than enough space.,everyone enjoyed it. You only need your clothes and food, Toys and games are plenty.

Great place to stay for a summer family vacation. There were 10 of us - 6 adults and four children. Our children and teenage grandchildren used the kayaks and paddle boards every day. They discovered the sand bar around the corner from the cottage and took inner tubes with them and swam there. We used the sandy area for corn hole and catch, had tournaments in the downstairs game room and used the very large table area on the main floor porch for family games and puzzles. After a day on the water everyone enjoyed going in the hot tub just to relax. We are a family who likes to cook so we really enjoyed the size of the kitchen and all it had to offer as well as the grill and all the tables on the porch. We did have a problem getting the tv to work but were able to watch movies via the fire stick. All in all we had a wonderful vacation. The sad part is it’s already booked for next summer until mid August.
More than enough kayaks. 2-paddle boards.
Great game room on lower level.
Good view of living area.
Very roomy kitchen with enclosed screened porch thru the window.

The ideal place to vacation

What can I say, this place was darn near perfect! The location makes this place feel so secluded. Even though there's another house close, the trees screen it so well. The neighbors were very quiet too. The lake itself was so peaceful. We were able to kayak all around the lake without worrying about boat traffic. Plenty of wildlife all around. We saw bald eagles, loons, cranes, herons, woodpeckers, turtles, frogs, deer, etc. so nice to be able to see so much wildlife! The house can sleep an army! We had 10, but there were beds for at least 6 more, and pullout couches for more still! There was plenty of seating. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with dishes and utensils. The host provided just about everything we needed, we definitely overpacked! Things provided off the top of my head: dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, hand soap, tissues, paper towels, bug spray, fire wood, fire starters... Other things at the house that weren't expected: kids toys galore! Sand toys, board games, pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, shuffle board table, Cornhole/bags set, big Connect 4 set. Of course there are all the kayaks and paddle boards, paddles, and life jackets of every size. Truly we could have had an incredible week here if all we brought were clothes!!!I loved this house so much, I will definitely be looking to stay again! The only downfall is that the lake is a mud bottom, and the lake itself is down by a few feet of water. Out of anyone's control.

Sapphire Lakehouse

Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay. The fully stocked kitchen and large dining area made feeding time very easy.Everyone enjoyed the multiple kayaks, and numerous amounts of children toys allowed for continuous fun for the young ones. The large amount of space provided plenty of room for all. The game room was a big hit for the kids, with pool and air hockey providing the most competitive fun.Plenty of deck space with tables and chairs made chilling outside very relaxing.It was a great week. Thank you.

Our family had a wonderful time. This place had enough room for all 22 of us! It was VERY well supplied with everything you could think of. There was plenty for the kids to do in the game room and was large enough that we weren't under each other's feet. The yard was big and there were lots of outside things for eveyone to do or you could relax on the large deck.

The house on Sapphire Lake

We had 18 family members with us,from a newborn to seniors! The home was perfect! We had so much fun together, from eating family meals with everything we needed for preparations, family games together in all the spacious areas, plenty of sleeping places for all of us, kyacking,sitting around the fire pit,the hot tub,the game room, the full array of kids toys and games. We didn’t lack for nothing. We took day trips to Manistee,Traverse City and Cadillac. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We highly recommend this home!

NYE getaway

We had a great experience!!! Cannot say enough good things about this house and the host. It’s close to caddliac and made it a great place to stay even in the winter. It was very accommodating do our multi family group. We were very comfortable. The game room is a huge plus. We will stay here again!

Amazing for Gathering!

I cannot say ENOUGH about this property and host! While the photos and description were what made me pick this listing, they really don’t do it justice! I was amazed at how many gathering spaces there are to choose from. Not only do you have a gigantic dining table that comfortably fit all 14 of us, but there were so many other spaces that allowed us all to gather and hang out together. The living room couches, the patio had enough seating for at least 16, the campfire had enough chairs, and there were even enough kayaks for a huge group of us to go together. The house was also insanely well stocked. We didn’t have kids with us, but as a mom I noted how many baby/toddler supplies and toys there were. Had I come with my family, I wouldn’t have had to worry about all the accoutrements that go along with having young kids, because Julia has clearly thought of it all! You could tell this wasn’t just an investment property and that many family vacations had taken place here. There were so many amenities that other places I’ve stayed didn’t even think about. All in all, we will absolutely be returning! It was an incredibly beautiful and rejuvenating stay! 12/10 stars.

Excellent Venue to gather Family

We brought a small family reunion of Grandma and Grandpa plus five young families. This property had everything we wanted or needed, and we felt silly packing some of the things that were just here for us. Great location, perfect for young kids, very peaceful during our late August stay. Can't think of enough great things to say, highly recommend.

Outstanding Lake House

Exceptional amenities. Plenty of activities inside and outside. Spacious. Only drawback was the water out front but the community beach was great. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was clean, as described, and the kitchen included everything we could ever need. Kids, teens, and adults enjed the game room, pickleball, kayaking, and the short walk to the swim area.

Ice fishing trip

Great property, large layout with plenty of space for everyone in our group. All the amenities you would need. Plenty of dishes and things you need for a large group. Awesome views of the lake and close lake city. Julia was very responsive and worked with me the whole time. Thanks for sharing your home.

Family Christmas

This was a perfect space for our large family Christmas gathering. The sleeping capacity was plentiful and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked to the brim with everything you need to cook for over 20 people! However, having all of the beautiful dishes matching caused a lot of "is that my coffee or yours" LOL! The host left us the sweetest welcome bag and some local wines to enjoy while we were there! I would love to enjoy the space when the lake is thawed! Thank you Julie!!!

Surprise 60th birthday

The house was beautiful, very spacious, clean, easy access through out the home. Plenty of bathrooms for so many people. Kitchen stocked with plenty of cooking supplies (pots and pans along with cooking utensils). The outside setting facing the lake was breath taking for morning coffee. The noted beach front was a nice site but you are unable to swim in the water(thick black muck) within walking distance is a small beach area with clean water. The host was helpful when needed. Replied quickly when needed. I would definitely pick this beautiful home again for up coming events. Enjoy your stay if you choose this home!! Rosa S

Perfect Bachelor Pad

I booked this home for my brother-in-laws bachelor party and it could not have worked out better. Everyone enjoyed the home and everything it had to offer. I highly recommend this place for any mass gatherings moving forward.

Awesome home with all the necessities

We had 16 people stay at the house for a long weekend. We enjoyed kayaking, playing outdoor yard games, bonfires, the hot tub, grilling, and golfing at local course. The house was very well equipped for our group and the sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. This is a great house for a large group. Julia was pleasant to communicate with and even left a goodie bag for me (that hasn't been done before from a host). I would recommend this place for anyone and we are interested in coming back!

Great family resort

Very family oriented resort. Baby friendly including gates, pack n plays, food trays. spacious for our 10 grandchildren ages 1-9. House is well furnished with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped with every appliance pots, pans large dishes, spices, crockpots, and roaster. Big sandy area, however not good for swimming. Water is very mucky. Great beach down the road. Fishing wasn’t great. Worth the rental cost.
