Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased at the guard shack for $50 (price subject to change, limit 2). It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay.

The condo was fantastic. Great view and corner balcony was perfect. Plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need. Elevators work great. Easy walk to beach. Fitness room is not much to speak of. Hot tub works well. Kids pool is great. Can rent chairs from Perdido Beach Rentals. No tents in front of the poles (pretty far back from water). Did not get feedback re chairs from rental company. Took us a couple of days to find out. Did not appreciate others smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The smell and smoke come right back into the room - did report to the mangagement compnay. Did not change anything.

PROS: *Location is excellent in Orange Beach - convenient to all the great restaurants and closer to the beach than many other condos in the area. *This is a corner unit so the balcony is wonderful - nice and breezy and high enough to see dolphins jumping in the ocean. *Has a full sized washer and dryer - great for families *Very nice, large television in the living room *Easy keyless entry CONS: *Very small kitchen. If you don't plan on cooking, this is doesn't matter, but it is super small *Roaches - In the kitchen and even in one of the bedrooms. Gross *Extremely uncomfortable beds, one of which squeaks so much, my son moved to the other room. The master bed is so uncomfortable, we slept on the sofa. *Door does not close tightly unless you literally push it until you hear it click. We spent the first night with the door ajar because we did not push it hard to close. None of these things were things that could be corrected immediately, so I waited until we got home to contact the manager and let them know of the issues so they could correct for the next visitors, but I never heard back from them. The roaches and the horribly uncomfortable are deal breakers for us and we will not rent from this owner again. Especially after not being contacted by the management company after we contacted them.

This condo was exceptionally nice. Condo is very well kept. Excellent location. Property is well kept. Condo was very well decorated and has very nice furnishings. Plenty of cookware, silverware, glassware, etc. I highly recommend this condo and property. I will definitely stay here again.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! The beds slept good, the kitchen had everything you needed. The views from the balcony were great, you could even see the fireworks at the wharf. The only negative thing is if you have anyone in your party that vapes or smokes, they will not be able to at Pelican Pointe. Luckily this trip I didn’t have anyone who did. Other than that I highly recommend this beautiful condo!
