Estamos orgullosos de ofrecer esta amplia idealmente situado villa de 3 dormitorios con piscina privada.

Villa Irina está perfectamente situado en la exclusiva urbanización de la bahía de Agua Azul, la propia villa tiene vistas al mar y 2 de las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar desde la cama, así, es una parcela de esquina que se suma a la privacidad de la villa y es justo 100 metros a pie de la playa con acceso privado y menos de 100 metros de una amplia gama de restaurantes, tiendas e instalaciones.

La villa dispone de muebles de calidad, cocina totalmente integrada con lavavajillas, cafetera y mucho más. El salón está equipado con instalaciones / Inglés TV y DVD rusos. Acceso Wifi a Internet también está disponible. La sala de estar y cocina también tienen vistas al mar y vistas a la piscina.

La zona de la piscina es bastante privada y los beneficios del espacio al aire libre para cenar y descansar al sol. Con varios sillones, zona de estar al aire libre, parrilla de barbacoa y zona de comedor; la zona de la piscina (al aire libre) puede ser el punto culminante de su estancia.

Arriba, ofrece 3 cómodas habitaciones, todas ellas con baño en-suite. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama doble, persianas fuera negro, aire acondicionado, mesas de noche / con lámparas, un buen espacio en el armario, baño con ducha y baño y acceso a la terraza privada.

La segunda y la tercera oferta dormitorio 2 x camas individuales, persianas opacas, aire acondicionado, mesas de noche / con lámparas y un buen espacio de armario y baño privado con ducha.

En general Villa Irina es una increíble casa de vacaciones con vistas al mar, muy cerca de todo (tiendas, bares, restaurantes), pero privado para la relajación de su familia!

Great swimming pool, lovely outdoor area, very private and peaceful, and a brilliant location, only 5 minutes walk from the fantastic restaurants of Kapparis and the gorgeous beach.

Great villa, good sized pool, walk to a really lovely beach and good choice of restaurants close by We did see several cockroaches inside and on the terrace, would be good to get rid of them…

Great location and really responsive customer team

We stayed for a week in October 2022. The Villa had everything we needed and was in a good location for the beach and local restaurants. It was also in a quiet location too which was important as we had a small child with an early bed time with us. What mad ethe stay fantastic was the responsiveness of the operations and customer services teams. Whenever we had a question, they came back to us quickly with an answer and or a resolution e.g. we needed an extra drying rack as had a lot of laundry. It was with us the same day. I would definitely recommend this property.

There was a stale water smell in the area of the upstairs washing machine, laminate had come off the Kitchen units. Air conditioning didn’t work until we fitted new batteries in the remote. Bed was uncomfortable. Property needed some attention to make it brilliant as the location was great

Overall we were happy with the star at Villa Irini. Just a couple of issues. The pictures on the website are out of date and could do with updating. The villa is definitely showing signs of wear and tear which would have nice to know about. Communication was very good except for one day when there was no water. I contacted the company and they informed me that the whole area had no water. It would have been nice if they had let us know first. Also a few basic instructions about where to dispose of rubbish would have been helpful. The villa was in a good area, close to beaches and restaurants
