Hedonist House - Design Loft Design in Heart of Paris !

- Design, atypical and modern loft located in the heart of Paris (between 2nd, 3rd and 10th district)
- 2 min. walk from Metro!
- Located in a standing, quiet and secured typical Parisian building.
- Entirely refurbished with high quality materials
- Up to 8 guests
- Composed of 1 large living room with convertible sofa, kitchen fully equipped, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Ideally located between canal Saint-Martin, sSentier and Marais, in a dynamic area with lots of restaurants and shops

The loft is a 90m2 (approx. 1000 ft2) and has been entirely refurbished with high quality standards and materials.

It is composed of a large living room with convertible queen size sofa, an open kitchen with all equipments (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, cooking plate, ...). The dining area is in the living room.

There are 3 double bedrooms with 4-star queen size beds (160x200) and personal wardrobe.

2 bathrooms with large shower area and 1 separate toilet are available as well.

The loft is at the ground floor with access from the courtyard, which is very convenient for people who are not comfortable with stairs. Window blinds are also here to allow guests to have full privacy and darkness.

Great location and rooms

Great location in paris. Close to metro, food shops and great boulangerie. Two great bathroom and three great bedrooms with double beds.

Great location

This is in a prime location in Paris. It doesn't involve stairs, which is nice, since we had heavy bags. Close to Metro and places to eat.

Lovely Stay

Our family of 4 enjoyed this clean, bright, and roomy apartment! We took full advantage of the nearby metro and were able to easily take the subway to all that Paris has to offer. We also stayed closer to home and have several lovely meals within just a few blocks of the apartment.

We met the Scandinavian side of the family in Paris. The property was a great size for our gathering. Thank you for preparing the unit for us.

Paris with family

The apartment was great. The neighborhood had a lot of homeless activity but overall we felt safe. Plenty of sleeping space for my family of 8. Wish it had air conditioning but the fans certainly helped!

This property was amazing. It was such an easy access to get it. and you for sure feel safe! It was easy access to the metro and easy to find your way around! Would most definitely stay again when I come back to Paris

Cute apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 5 adults. We used the 3 beds and the sofa bed. The sofa bed was pretty comfy and the beds were really comfy. The place was nice and had a lot of the old charm which was fun. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. We made breakfast every morning and got our supplies from the store a couple doors down. It was all yummy food there to get. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

Central Location during Olympics

The apartment was located at a super convenient location in Paris. It was a good place to stay during the Olympics. The apartment was spacious, and had a washing machine. The bedrooms had neither windows nor AC (though two of the three rooms had skylights), so it got quite hot. There was also no TV for watching the Olympics, and the Wifi barely worked (we used cellular mostly). Overall we were still thankful for having a place to stay during the Olympics.

Expensive but Great location

Location was great! 2 min walk to the metro. Expensive but grateful it wasn’t cancelled before the Olympics. Gave feedback to owner but never heard back - broken toaster, only 2 bowls, not enough toilet paper or towels for our family and length of time, no windows in the house and towel heater randomly went on so was very hot, fridge not very cold and very small. Only one toilet but two showers. One shower is very slippery and we recommend an anti-slip mat to avoid injury. Glad to get extra fans to help with ventilation.

Paris

Our stay here was great. There were 6 of us (parents and 4 kids 17+). We felt safe with 2 locked gates to enter. The unit is in a ground-level courtyard. There are no windows to open only the door. We stayed the end of June and it was hot. There were many fans provided and we slept well but just know it will be pretty warm with no A/C and no windows to open. We did open the door for a while each evening upon our return but it felt like a questionable decision since it was in an open courtyard. Only one toilet room + 2 others with shower and sink (they look newly remodeled). The floors are very slippery when stepping out of the showers so use a towel for a mat. There is a washing machine but it is not a dryer but a nice drying rack is provided. There is a market just 2 doors down where we got breakfast items. The Strasbourg Saint-Denis Metro station is a half block away. I do not recommend the other nearby stop, because the neighborhood we walked through was a little rough.

Very clean!

Very clean and in short driving distances to tourist attractions! The property does not have many windows to open and no A/C so hotter days may be pretty tough. Overall great stay!

Very Nice!

It was clean, in a very secure location (with codes, locks, and keys), but we didn’t love the city section it was located in. It was a beautiful modern design, and had enough room to comfortably fit and sleep 8 people. It was a short walk to the metro and nice restaurants/cafes, but had to ride the metro to the Eiffel Tower because it was too far of a walk. We were able to walk to the Louvre Museum as well. Some things we did not like was that there was no A/C, just a few fans that didn’t cool it down all that much. There was no drying machine, so we had to hang our clothes on the rack after washing, which took a long time and wrinkled them. A very nice stay, I definitely recommend. Thank you, Florian!

Great spot!

Easy check-in, centrally located (metro only a five min walk away). Having the two showers was ideal (we were a group of 8), I only wish there were two toilets. Overall, we had an amazing time and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Florian, for sharing your lovely flat with us.
