Spacious and dramatic 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Le Marais

Nestled in the heart of Paris, this delightful apartment boasts 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full bed. With 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub and a separate shower, guests can relax in style. The living room offers an additional space with a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, heating, a hair dryer, iron, and washing machine during your stay. Experience a welcoming and nice atmosphere at this fantastic property. Enjoy all that Paris has to offer when you stay at our place.
Features include a luxurious bathroom with hammam-style shower and oversized steel and enamel bathtub connected to the master bedroom. Also a Bulthaup-designed professional chef’s kitchen and even a queen-sized bed that at the touch of a button appears from beneath the centuries-old floorboards. There's a hidden flatscreen TV with Blue Ray and AppleTV. Also 13-speaker Sonos sound system spread throughout the space. One bedroom features a loft-style bed that requires climbing a small ladder. The other bedroom is a mixed use space that I would term an atelier. It's the space with glass celling. By opening floor above the bed and rolling the large obelisk-like closet you have your 3rd private and rather large bedroom. The fireplace has a natural oil fixture for clean burning with no mess. This is the home where my family and I lived and still holds a precious place in our heart. I'm thrilled to share our home and our city with you our guests.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you could turn off any extra light and take out your trash, the cleaning person, I'm sure, would appreciate it.
Please lock the top lock of the front door only, then leave the keys back in the lock box (code 1967). If you had an extra set of keys, just leave them in the apartment in an obvious spot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
I'm sorry, but we can not have parties or late-night noise (music). The courtyard needs to remain a quiet common place, especially at night.

From the time we booked, our host communicated with us and was eager to help at any time. The owner’s home was well laid out, spacious, warm, unique and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The owner provided us with recommendations for the neighborhood as well as another list for the city at large. We loved this apartment !The local contact for any questions or issues was always quick to reply and was very gracious in doing so.

Place was very nice. Great location, definitely safe and secure. Easy to walk to the Seine and metro. Charles was very communicative and flexible with early check-in and he regularly communicated with for us updates. We would stay again. One thing I would note is the shower gets very hot and we had trouble finding the cold settings. It was tricky for us and we weren’t able to be in there long because of it. Another thing to note is the light switches are not labeled so sometimes tricky to know where/how to turn everything off. Don’t forget to bring adapters, as all outlets are European plugs. Overall, very safe and comfortable, great neighborhood.

Charles’ apartment was lovely and was perfect for our family of 5 to visit Paris. The apartment was located in a great neighborhood where we could walk extensively and enjoy access to the river, museums and the metro for accessing other points of interest. Charles gave us great recommendations and was in touch with us consistently. Highly recommend!!!
