This 130 square meter (1400 square feet) three-bedroom three-bathroom duplex apartment is located in a charming and newly renovated townhouse owned by a Franco-American family between Saint Germain des Prés and the Eiffel Tower steps from Invalides, Musée Rodin, the Seine and the Bon Marché. The house is found at the corner of avenue de Breteuil and avenue Duquesne. There are only two residential units in the building, the other one is kept for the owners.
This flat was fully renovated in 2023 by an interior designer using the finest materials and finishes, including a top of the line made-to-measure kitchen with high end appliances, granite countertops, and stocked with nice china, wooden floors, custom made cabinets, nice bathrooms finished in stone and tiles. There is air conditioning in all rooms. It can sleep up to 7 people (including a air bed for one person).
Please note that one bedroom has nice ventilation but no windows.

We just checked out after a lovely stay. The place was clean and just as pictured. Communication was great and we just loved Paris. Loved having both espresso and drip coffee maker…such a treat to have wine and coffee at the flat too. A week full of beautiful Paris weather and see all the sites. Thank you so much for hosting our family
Had a wonderful stay here with a group of friends. It felt like we had our own little home away from home. Plenty of space, well appointed, comfy beds and each had a bathroom for privacy. For groups with lots of luggage, this flat is easy to navigate, without the typical steep flights of stairs common in Paris. Would definitely stay here again.
From the moment we arrived, the attention and staff were extremely attentive, professional, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Loved our time in Paris! The property was very clean and offered all the amenities needed. Easy check in. Accessibility to metro stations. We took advantage of several of the owner’s recommendations and especially enjoyed Oui Mon General.
Our family of six had a wonderful Paris stay here! Definitely a little tight but expected in European big cities. We were able to wake up each morning and find a nearby bakery for croissants then used Ubers often to get to some sites. There’s a small grocery right down the street which was helpful to keep waters around for us. Our arrival time was a bit off and they use keys so they were on top of communicating with us then which was helpful. The kitchen was likely well stocked but we were busy eating out all the time! Too much good food out there! Everything felt clean though. The washer dryer situation was as expected in Europe too. (Tiny) We didn’t find a lot of nearby shopping but maybe missed it. Found plenty while we were out and about in the city though!
Great location, super convenient to the sites around Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Property was clean, modern and everything we needed with our four young children.
So many positives about our stay including the convenient location. We loved that there was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. AC was a priority and this apartment delivered. The place was clean and check in was convenient. While we didn't do any cooking, it was nice to have the refrigerator and the place was well-stocked. Highly recommend this place!
The place was just as described. Neighborhood was quiet and safe while the metro and shops were a short distance. The host was helpful with support and we even had assistance with performing spot cleaning and trash removal. It was a pleasure to stay and our kids loved the glass indoor balcony area to spend some downtime.Thanks
We had a very nice, comfortable stay at this place. The host was very attentive to our needs & made us feel very welcome. This was a girls family trip & we each had ample room to spread out. So nice having all of the kitchen/bath amenities. Perfect for coming back after a busy day & enjoying a glass of wine & cheese!
This was the perfect apartment for my first visit to Paris! It was centrally located near many attractions, amazing restaurants and boulangeries, and a metro station. However, it was a very quiet, beautiful neighborhood, we could relax when taking a break and slept well on comfortable beds. It was warm on our first day, the air conditioning worked well and had no issues. The kitchen was well stocked and housekeeping frequently visited, everything was kept clean. The host provided detailed instructions and had excellent communication, they were waiting for us upon our arrival. I highly recommend this rental and would visit again on my next trip.
My family with three teenagers loved the property! It is situated on a quiet street in the heart of the 7th Arr., with modern features and updated appliances. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. A rare find with three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two full showers. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I, our son and his girlfriend and our other adult son stayed at this beautiful property in central Paris. The flat had enough bedrooms, bathrooms, a spacious living area and very large kitchen that made our stay so comfortable for all five of us. We were able to walk to many Paris landmarks as well as markets and restaurants, all close by. This property also has a manager who was very helpful and attentive during our stay and we would absolutely love to come back here again! Thank you!

We are a family of 5 and having your own apartment is key. The Host is extremely helpful and responsive to messages. The apartment was serviced regularly by an awesome gentleman who was extremely helpful. This Paris apartment was very centrally located and felt like home.
