We have rented many apartments through Vrbo. I would say this was adequate. We needed three bedrooms and two baths. The major drawback was that both the toilets were on the second floor up a steep staircase. One of our party has mobility issues so this was truly something we would’ve wanted to know about in advance. The photographs did not convey the layout accurately. Among the many apartments we have rented, This one was certainly sparsely equipped. Very little space Where our group could be Together comfortably. The downstairs shower drain was slow. So the floor could flood if you weren’t very very careful. It was fine but I wouldn’t rent it again.

We would definitely book this Vrbo again. Recommended to friends that frequent Paris.

The flat was clean and the bedrooms were beautiful. Accommodated 5 of us easily. Easy access to public transportation.

Great stay. Could use a better living area seating configuration. Bedrooms and baths very nice. Street busy but very quiet with windows shut.

Great stay!

This was the perfect apt for 3 adults. Clean, comfortable, and well located. We loved each having our own space and being a bit removed from the crowds. A nice neighborhood to explore, and only 20ish minutes by cab from anywhere we wanted to go. It was just what we needed for a great trip in Paris!

Lovely but compact

It was a little odd having living room door open directly to the sidewalk, but overall this is a smartly appointed apartment.

After staying at this apartment, this area of Montparnasse is now my favorite area in Paris. The Apartment is around the corner from Rue Daguerre, with its many shops, markets, and restaurants, and surrounded by so many local restaurant choices that there is no need to go elsewhere. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances needed for a vacation stay. Every room is equipped with a TV with many streaming options. Easy access to the Metro and the RER B (to CDG). Communication with the host was great. A few things were missing from the listing, which were quickly taken care of by the host. There are a few maintenance issues with the apartment that hopefully will be resolved. The WiFi is very weak, can only accommodate one user at a time, and does not work upstairs - Maybe needs a router reboot? One of the bathrooms smells of sewage, and there was minimal hot water. There was enough hot water for quick showers, but not enough for washing long, thick hair. The downstairs rainwater shower can not be turned on full, or it floods.

The PERFECT stay!

This two-story, 3-bedroom apartment in the center of Montparnasse was the perfect location for visiting Paris. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and back one night, and spend the following day exploring the city by foot: Pantheon, Notre Dame, the Louvre... coming back to Montparnasse in the evenings, we were able to visit all the cultural amenities: shops, dining, bars, and the like just a few blocks from our apartment. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of space to spread out for a city location! Great water pressure in the showers, city views out the second-story room windows, and a truly immaculate space. We had a truly wonderful time with our group of 5 adults and 1 infant.

3 days in Paris

Nicely decorated flat, nearby bus and metro stations. Very convenient for a weekend trip. One of the 3 sleeping rooms has no windows for any ventilation. Instead there is a hidden exit through the wardrope to a back yard, without a lock. Rooms are nice but very smal with only very little space to store belongings and clothes. No problem for a short stay of 2-3 days. For very good breakfast we can recommend the Bistro Felicie, 200 m down Av. du Main. Automated Check-in and check-out, key code etc. worked well.

cute condo

We liked the place a lot unfortunately there were maintance was an issue. The diswasher didn't drain, and in the middle of the night a heating unit fell off the wall. The downstairs bath didn't have a toilet. Most troublesome there is no street number above the door. The street address is next door, an apartment building. We only found this out when a resident came out and seemed annoyed about the situation.

I do NOT recommend, nor would I stay here again. Safety & security are questionable. The property has a single access door, ground level on a busy street, that can only be secured with a deadbolt. The deadbolt can only be operated with the key. So, if an individual or small group wants to leave the property, while others stay in the property, either the door must remain unlocked or those inside the property must be present to lock & unlock the door for those leaving. In an emergency, imagine having to scramble for a key to get out safely.Maintenance is terrible. The freezer is frozen solid. Several shelves in the fridge are cracked or completely broken. The dishwasher (I think that's what it is) is on a broken shelf, so unusable. Curtains rods fall if you pull on the curtains at all. Light fixtures are dangling from the ceiling. Some light fixtures have broken glass. Stovetop is cracked. The property is advertised as being suitable for 6 occupants. There's enough hot water for a 3 minute hot shower. Not sure how 6 people are supposed to shower with such limited hot water capacity. For just 1 person to take a warm shower, they had to constantly turn the water on & off during their shower to avoid running out of warm water. I mentioned it to the owner & they simply replied, "be patient."The motion lights will drive you crazy. The only positive is the location. Easy access to public transportation, & just a couple blocks from some really

Good property. Great for three friends enjoying Paris. The location is on a Main Street but only a quick walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping. We felt like locals in a lovely little neighborhood.
