New house of 93 m2 on 538 m2 of land, walled.

The house consists of a large living room of 40 m2, living room dining room fully equipped kitchen, very nice bright room not overlooked.

A cellar with a washing machine and a dryer.

3 bedrooms, 2 with 160 * 200 beds and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of 1 bed 140 * 190 and one 90 * 190. All bedding is new.

1 bathroom with walk-in shower 90 * 120

And 2 separate toilets.

Outside

Rear terrace with garden furniture, gas barbecue and 1 parasol.

Front terrace with 4 sun loungers and a parasol.
Heated swimming pool 7 x 3 m, depth 1.50 m with electric shutters.

Best equipped villa ever

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well equipped villa. The swimming pool is a real added value as is the beautiful garden surrounding the house. Everything you need is present and of excellent quality. It was a huge pleasure to stay there for 2weeks

Beautiful well equipped villa for a relaxing holiday. Close to the village centre with the daily market and shops. Cycle route along the coast to St Denis was enjoyable and we enjoyed eating out around the harbour most nights. We went to the windmill which was close by and cycled to the lighthouse. We also had a day at the waterpark and took the tourist train to the salt marshes and wine tasting. The hosts provided an exceptional service. We have had a fantastic holiday.

Wir können dieses wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus mit seinen Blumen und dem Pool sehr empfehlen! Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin war jederzeit erreichbar, um Fragen zu klären. Auch ist der professionelle Service der wöchentlichen Pool- und Badezimmerreinigung hervorzuheben. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief perfekt. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der große Webergrill war gerne im Einsatz. Insgesamt waren wir absolut zufrieden und haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Oase sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison neuve et personnalisée (on se sent chez soi) avec goût. Il y a vraiment tout en quantité et qualité. C est très calme. Piscine au sel très bien entretenue également. Le marché à 100mt à pied tout les matins est un vrai plus. La plage en 3 minutes en vélo. On recommande avec plaisir.
