4 bedroom house (10 people) located in Les Allards in the town of Dolus d'Oleron, 5 minutes from Boyardville with its large beach.
The house is laid out as follows:
- on the first floor 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140 cm bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower and double sinks, 1 separate toilet, 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 1 equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, senseo, classic coffee maker ...), 1 dining room with extendable table and 10 chairs, 1 living room which opens onto the terrace.
- upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
- outside: 1 terrace with round table - 8 chairs and 1 swimming pool (unheated) secured with tarpaulin and barrier, which includes a part with 45 cm of water and a part with 120 cm of water.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison. Nous étions 2 familles et la maison est tout à fait adapté à notre besoin. Le jardin sécurisé et la piscine sont très appréciables. La position géographique est super pour se balader dans l’île. La maison est bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis

Maison propre, spacieuse et bien placée.La pisicine sécurisée et la climatisation ont ete appréciées.Une zone ombragée au niveau de la piscine serait un plus.Très bonne semaine de vacances à 10 (6 adultes et 4 enfants)

Location exceptionnelle

La maison est idealement située au centre de l'île. Elle est magnifique et fonctionnelle. C'est une location de qualité pour petits et grands. La piece de vie est propice au partage. La piscine est doublement sécurisée ce qui est rassurant pour les enfants. Les proprietaires sont des gens très gentils, comprehensifs et adaptables. Nous recommandons ce bien, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
