Spacious home for a family getaway to San Antonio. Close to everything!

Due to Texas mandate of HomeAway tax remittance starting 1 April 2019 VRBO/HomeAway will remit taxes to the state directly. However the City and county of San Antonio requirements must be paid by the property owner (10.75%). Please call Homeaway/VRBO if you have any additional questions. I do apologize as the property owner...we were not asked nor have any control of this Governmental change.

You won't be disappointed. Our home is located 3 miles from Lackland BMT graduation and a great place to relax and enjoy time with your Airman! Very spacious and great for families. Private. You won't have to rush to get to your Airman's BMT graduation! And less then a mile from grocery stores and many restaurants. Have a backyard BBQ/playset. TV's in every room. Loft "movie room". Close to Sea World, the San Antonio Zoo, Six Flags, the Riverwalk and more!! Pets are welcome (a non-refundable pet fee). Wal Mart is right around the corner for all of your needs. Several churches of many denominations near. We go out of our way to make sure all of your needs are met from the start.

Clean and Relaxing

The home is as pictured. We were there to visit family and spent minimal time in the home, but it was clean and this home will equip large families. It has four bedrooms with two full baths and a well furnished loft for families to enjoy upstairs. Master bedroom with a full bath and a half bath located downstairs as well. This home is well kept for a rental and we greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

The house was nice!! When we found that the toaster wasn’t working on both sides a new one appeared on the porch! Super responsive! Very great rental!

Very roomy. Dependable wifi, comfortable beds and sofas. Full kitchen with various appliances.

San Antonio visit

The house was the perfect size for our extended family. We were in town for my son’s graduation from Air Force basic training. It was a good location to be close to base. Also conveniently located to Wal-Mart to grab essentials and food.

Perfect location for Air Force BMT Graduation

Our experience was excellent. All as described, 5 bedrooms with smart TVs in each room, 2 beds in master bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms. Excellent and quick communication with owner. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay.

The house needs a deep cleaning. Patio chairs need replacing. Kitchen items were disappointing. We enjoyed our stay. A few changes and updates would make this property a good option.

Great Experience

Good location. Great customer service. Apartment was well equipped. Price was amazing. Walls are thin so you do get a bit of noise. Overall, we will use the same company again

Spacious!

Place is in a safe neighborhood. So close to Walmart Super Center. Love this house and how spacious and well kept it is our family of 14. Tina is so accommodating :). Will definitely rent again if opportunity arises.

Texas here we are.

The house was just wonderful. Everything was great, the rooms the beds, the towels. It was comfortable, roomy. There were 11 of us and we All enjoyed it. Thanks again for allowing us to use it. The family loved the pool and splash park.ALSO would return if possible.

San Antonio recoup and regroup

As a family we have a hard time getting together, but having a central location with plenty of space and a private bedroom for each couple and the kids made this trip a huge success! Did I mention the 4 bathrooms? Its a must have with large families trying to get ready for so many fun-filled SA activities. Many kudos to our host and hostess- this was an A-1 place to stay and play.

Family vacation

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. Two family areas were really nice and large fenced back yard. Gave our family of 9 plenty of space. Lots of small kitchen appliances, pots, pans and dinnerware. House was clean and beds were comfortable. We didn't want for anything. The pool was closed but my son discovered there are about 20, free, open to the public pools located around town. The 2 we visited were nice and located in parks. It was a perfect week. Thank you Tina for making our stay so enjoyable.

Family Time

We chose this house as there were a total of 8 adults, six kids, and three small dogs meeting up from three different cities. Tina, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. The house was just the right size with the perfect amount of beds. The upstairs is fairly large, enough to contain and entertain six kids for a while, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The backyard has plenty of room to run around. We felt very comfortable and cozy! Definitely will consider staying here again. Thank you!

Excellent Choice

We could not have ben happier with our choice to stay at this location. The host was excellent and was always prompt to answer any questions that we had. The check-in was quick and easy. The house was everything that the listing said it was. It was clean, immaculate and in a very well kept and guarded sub division. Wal-Mart is only about a 5 minute drive away and it is only about a 10 minute drive to get to several very good places to eat. The house has everything in it that you will need to live and be comfortable. All you need to bring with you is your clothes. We would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to San Antonio and looking for a place to stay. It is very rommie and spacious for a large family. We give this place and the hosts a 5 Star rating.

Wonderful home and great hosts

This house was a wonderful place for my family to gather together . We made pies and cookies, played games and just enjoyed hanging out with each other. There was plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside in the backyard. The house was clean and incredibly user friendly, we lacked for nothing in making us comfortable. The owner was very good about answering all my questions in a timely and friendly manner. She even purchased a large folding table for us to lay out all the baked goods we made and decorated. There is a tv in every room, a large space upstairs to play games, work on puzzles and to let the kids dance around. I would suggest, if you have younger children, to bring your own toys and balls (for outdoors) to play with. Other then that, this house is perfect for large amounts of people to gather, work, play and sleep. The hosts are great, very easy to work with. Location is great too, close to Wal Mart-like 3 minutes-and getting onto the highway. I highly recommend this property.

BMT graduation trip

Loved that the house is 10 min from base. Traffic is Crazy and it was great not having to get up earlier to do the drive. Really close to Walmart and grocery store. The house had everything we needed (besides food). Big enough for our group to hang out with our airman!

Perfect San Antonio stay!

This property was simply fantastic for attending our daughter's Air Force Basic graduation. Super close to base and other convenient amenities in an established and quiet neighborhood. The owners were supportive and very communicative. Highly recommended!

Perfect for BMT graduation

Our home has an open floor plan. The spacious kitchen has a large island perfect for morning coffee for afternoon tea with family/friends; our Keurig coffee/tea brewer will undoubted jumpstart your day or help you unwind. It offers external French door opening to a covered patio overlooking the back yard for plenty of family fun/play for BBq's. Downstairs master bedroom has separate tub shower dual vanities. 3 mile from Lackland AFB. You are close to all San Antonio has to offer!
