Perfect family home with elevator! Opened March 2020. Great location and amenities if you have kids and are looking for fun! House has an oversized top deck for entertaining, Garage has 65" TV, extra refrigerator and ice maker. Don't worry about packing any beach supplies! We provide a Phoenix Beach Cart with 8 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and boogie boards. The bonus room features a sleeper sofa, XBOX & games. Perfect location, Dealy Field/basketball court & playground at the corner, Bubba Hot Dog Stand at the entrance to beach, fishing pier at the other end of the street on the bay. Please Note: This property accepts families only. Must be older than 25 to reserve property. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

Great weekend stay!

We spent a long weekend at the property for a girls weekend! Plenty of room to accommodate 12 people. House was clean and close to beach with all the amenities needed! Shannon is a great host and easy to contact. Would recommend this house to anyone whether a friends weekend or a family vacation!

Great family getaway!

A wonderful stay for families at this property! The host is fantastic and quick with answering any questions. We enjoyed our family getaway for Labor Day weekend. Will definitely be back again!

This property was perfect for our extended family. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Good location - close to the beach, a playground and an ice cream shop!

Comfortable and Roomy

We enjoyed our family time! This home had plenty of space for our family to spread out when needed and join together when time for family. Great location! Beautifully decorated and equipped with all we needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and super friendly. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice Getaway

The house was very nice and Shannon responded very quickly to all questions. The house location is perfect and there is more than enough space in the house. I would highly recommend this property if you have a larger group/family

Family Get Away

This was our first stay in Sea Isle. The home was clean and bright! Loved the covered decks and the elevator was perfect for my 90 year old parents and for luggage and groceries. Location was close to the beach, restaurants and fishing pier. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

This was the nicest and most accommodating place our girls trip have stayed in probably 15 years. So many amenities and thoughtful things for travelers; we could literally have just come with our clothes! Super equipped and clean. Very nice location too. The beach chairs and buggy were great! We definitely want to come back!

AMAZING!!

We LOVED this home and could not have been happier with the experience. It was clean, huge, fun, and even came with speakers/a back pack water cooler!! The owner was a great communicator and always responded to my questions quickly. Such a great place! (I recommend you bring your own sheets to make the check out process quicker!) :)

A must-rent

My first VRBO experience! A stunning home, impeccably clean, walkable to the beach, Acme, bars and restaurants. Accommodated our whole group with enough space to spread out. The elevator was a huge help getting our groceries up to the kitchen and everyone raved over the gorgeous deck and furniture.

Perfect Beach Stay

This property was beautifully decorated and truly a wonderful place to rent. Centrally located to many great activities with lots to do within walking distance. Would definably rent again.

Amazing time

Our group had a terrific stay. This house was phenomenal- clean and the level of detail For decor you will be amazed! Location was spot on close to beach and most of attractions restaurants, acme etc. The owner was super responsive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Friends Labor Day Week

Everything about this property was perfect for our group! We had a group of adults staying for Labor Day weekend and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was extremely clean and had a plethora of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Looking to make this an annual trip and rent again! Would definitely recommend this house 10/10!

Perfect house, perfect stay

The house is beautiful, very clean. All is very convenient. Nothing is missing. Shannon was very available to answer questions we had upon arrival. Only compliments to be made. I highly recommend this house
