A bonus living space on the first floor offers a separate area perfect for kids, teens or extra guests to spread out and unwind. Garage has 65" TV, bar, extra refrigerator and ice maker that makes up to 100 lbs of ice daily. Don't worry about packing any beach supplies! We provide a Phoenix Beach Cart with 12 beach chairs, cool cabana, cooler & beach tags. The back yard has an enclosed shower, grill, and a cozy fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs.
