Located at 118 59th St West in Sea Isle City, this charming, family friendly beach house offers the perfect location nestled mid-way the bay and and the beach. Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen and large living area for the whole family to relax after a day in the sun. Enjoy access from the garage to the 2nd and 3rd levels with a private elevator, making unpacking and daily living a breeze for all ages. Step outside to an oversized deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A bonus living space on the first floor offers a separate area perfect for kids, teens or extra guests to spread out and unwind. Garage has 65" TV, bar, extra refrigerator and ice maker that makes up to 100 lbs of ice daily. Don't worry about packing any beach supplies! We provide a Phoenix Beach Cart with 12 beach chairs, cool cabana, cooler & beach tags. The back yard has an enclosed shower, grill, and a cozy fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs. Perfect location, Dealy Field/basketball court & playground, fishing pier at the west end of the street, Moda Mia Restaurant at the east end of the street, and Bubba Hot Dog Stand at the entrance to beach.
Please Note: This property accepts families only. Must be older than 25 to reserve property. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

Great family getaway!

Great weekend stay!

We spent a long weekend at the property for a girls weekend! Plenty of room to accommodate 12 people. House was clean and close to beach with all the amenities needed! Shannon is a great host and easy to contact. Would recommend this house to anyone whether a friends weekend or a family vacation!

We enjoyed our family time! This home had plenty of space for our family to spread out when needed and join together when time for family. Great location! Family Get Away

This was our first stay in Sea Isle. The home was clean and bright! Loved the covered decks and the elevator was perfect for my 90 year old parents and for luggage and groceries. Location was close to the beach, restaurants and fishing pier. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the nicest and most accommodating place our girls trip have stayed in probably 15 years. So many amenities and thoughtful things for travelers; we could literally have just come with our clothes! Super equipped and clean. Very nice location too. The beach chairs and buggy were great! We definitely want to come back!

We LOVED this home and could not have been happier with the experience. It was clean, huge, fun, and even came with speakers/a back pack water cooler!! My first VRBO experience! A stunning home, impeccably clean, walkable to the beach, Acme, bars and restaurants. Accommodated our whole group with enough space to spread out. The elevator was a huge help getting our groceries up to the kitchen and everyone raved over the gorgeous deck and furniture.

Our group had a terrific stay. This house was phenomenal- clean and the level of detail For decor you will be amazed! Location was spot on close to beach and most of attractions restaurants, acme etc. The owner was super responsive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

Friends Labor Day Week

Everything about this property was perfect for our group! We had a group of adults staying for Labor Day weekend and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was extremely clean and had a plethora of amenities for everyone to enjoy. Looking to make this an annual trip and rent again! Would definitely recommend this house 10/10!
