Perfect St. Patrick’s Day weekend getaway!

Great location and amenities

We stayed for a family vacation and had a great time. The location is amazing and so close to the beach. The town is meant for biking and/or walking. There are some places walkable and so many bikeable. The bikes at the house are like new and are very easy to adjust the seats. They have baskets if you need to pick anything up to bring back with you.

A quiet neighborhood less than a block from the beach

Property was amazing. It was huge. Well-equipped kitchen; comfortable furniture, great decks. It was nice to have sheets provided, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards. Frozen mugs in the freezer were a special find!

Amazing Getaway & Kid-Friendly Oasis

Spacious and perfectly situated, a huge hit for the families. The kids had their own hangout/sleep room where we piled all of them together, right below where the adults sat in the evenings to keep an ear open. GREAT hot tub and big kitchen. Easy walk to the beach.

Close to the beach, clean and spacious

The home was perfect for a weekend’s getaway with friends! The living space was large and spacious. The home was clean and the hot tub was wonderful. It is on a beac block and the Jitney picks up at the corner! Perfect house for any time of the year!

An Excellent Vacation Home!

Maureen, our host, was wonderful, quick to respond. The house is ideally located to the beach and shops; the hot tub was a joy for the kids when it rained and a relaxing way for the adults to end each day! The house is well laid out and impeccably clean! We appreciated having a supply of necessary items to use before the grocery run was made. We had an excellent vacation! Thank you!

Best Way to Start off Your Summer

Maureen was an excellent host, always taking my calls at the drop of a hat. The property is immaculate and matched as described. I would rent this beautiful property all summer long if I had unlimited money. If you and your family are planning an exciting weekend in SIC, add this property to your list.

Perfect family beach vacation

Fantastic beach house the entire family can enjoy. Very short walk to the beach. Plenty of refrigeration and freezer space. Plenty of beach chairs, caddies, beach toys, etc in garage. Fully stocked kitchen/bar. We even ran out of propane in the middle of grilling and there was a spare next to the grill. There is a sleep space for everyone. Plenty of hot water with great water pressure. A/C perfect on all 3 levels. 3 decks , 1 covered if it’s too hot or raining. Plenty of parking. Within walking distance to ice cream and playground. We never needed to leave the house. Maureen was an excellent communicator and host. The home was exactly as described in the listing. We loved this house and are thinking of retuning in the off season or again next year, but for longer!

Fantastic Beach House - Great Location

We enjoyed every aspect of the house. Relaxed in the hot tub every day, enjoyed our meals outside on the large deck that fit our entire family. Kitchen was great, had everything we needed. Bedrooms were super comfortable. And tons of beach equipment and bikes available for the renters!! I would definitely recommend this house and we will return too!

Beautiful house and great location in Sea Isle City!

Just finished up a great vacation week in Sea Isle City! We were very pleased with the location of this beautiful house. Within walking distance to grocery store, drug store, liquor store, restaurants. Quiet location which we enjoyed immensely. Beach block which made trips to/from the beach easy. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We've stayed in SIC for many years and I must say this house was very well stocked with everything you may need. Beach chairs, bikes, and umbrellas! I've stayed at houses where the host didn't supply a single sheet of toilet paper. Not here! TP, paper towels, hand towels, dishwasher soap etc. all available which was appreciated. We restocked with the items we brought as a courtesy for the next guest. Such a nice touch! The host communicated well - not a single snag during the trip. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all of the outdoor spaces. Thank you!

Relaxing Home with many convenient ammeneties

The home was perfect for our families. The kids had a blast In their ‘apartment’. There truly was something for everyone. A PlayStation, Xbox, quiet patio with swings, hot tubs, bikes and more. The beach was super close and could bike to almost anywhere in Sea Isle. Felt like home away from home.

Great location. Outside deck taken up with dining table but no room for chairs to sit. Not close to stores or restaurants. TV is difficult to use. No inside dining table large enough to use for a large family. Great supply of beach equipment and bikes to use. Landlord very responsive to needs.

Fun Vacation!!!

House was as described. Close to the beach (4 houses away). Located about 30 minutes or less to Cape May or Atlantic City. Can walk, ride bikes or take the shuttle to all area restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Golf course only 5-6 miles away. Overall, great time had by all.

Maureen Botros resides in Mount Laurel, NJ and is singularly devoted (along with her seven adult children) to creating an exceptionally clean, well-appointed vacation getaway. Maureen's mom and dad bought the original house on 16 68th in 1972, and Maureen and her husband knocked-down and rebuilt the huge duplex you must experience for yourself. In 2021 the family embarked on a huge renovation project to be completed April of 2023.

Just 3 short blocks away is Kix McNutley's SideKix (bar and restaurant with live entertainment and a liquor store), Acme, Sand's Department Store, CVS, Marita's Homemade Ice Cream, Rick's Breakfast House, Uncle Oogie Pizzeria, as well as a cupcake bakery, a coffee shop, a DIY arts and crafts shop, a boutique, and more.
