Il y a 3 chambres, la chambre principale avec un lit double, la deuxième chambre avec 2 lits simples et 3 chambres avec 2 lits simples. La villa dispose de 2 salles de bains avec baignoire / douche et bidet. Occupation maximale à 6 personnes. Service de ménage hebdomadaire. Télévision dans le salon, TV anglaise par satellite (certaines chaînes SKY disponibles) -DVD player. Everything you need for a great self-catering getaway is here. The property itself is ideally positioned close to Playa Blanca town centre in a quiet, safe, gated complex. The pool is shared by 3 villas but there is plenty room for all. Pascual the owner is always available and very helpful if you have any issues at all. Plus he owns a great bar just across the road with exceptional sea views and a warm welcome. Overall a brilliant holiday home in a safe quiet part of town within walking distance of everything and incredible value for money.

Fantastic location and homely villa

Realy enjoyed 10 days in this villa and Pascual is an excellent and obliging host. The location is central to the port and the town so no need for taxis or buses.

Lovely quiet location

We spent a very comfortable two weeks in the bungalow, the furnishings are tradional but it had every modern convenience and is very spacious. Pasquel the owner was extremely helpful with any problem we had and we felt very safe in the gated community, and only a short walk from Flamingo Beach.

Nice villa in a very convenient location.

Great area, nice, well equipped villa. Could do with an update to bathrooms and the kitchen but we had an enjoyable stay. The owner Pascual is lovely and communication was easy.

Great location

A comfortable stay everything we needed was there, maybe the beds needed to be replaced but we're used to a harder bed! Pascal is lovely and also Santiago who owns 27 & 28, fabulous location to front town and a 5min walk to flamingo beach and a 10 min walk to the high street all in all a very comfortable stay

A lovely 3 bedroom villa in a lovely complex with great facilities and pools which is very close to lovely beaches and restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and the owner Pascual was always on hand and a lovely man. We would definitely return in a heartbeat.
