Cottage in the countryside 10 km from Gérardmer

this 120 m2 cottage in the town of Tholy in the countryside near the forest and marked trails, will allow you to savor the calm of the Vosges mountains.
No car traffic because access to the gîte is via a dead end, the nearest house is more than 100m away.
Three facades of the house are dedicated to this cottage which will allow you to eat outside in peace, a garage is allocated to you so as not to have to defrost the car in winter.
In the house, there are two completely separate gîtes the entry for the 8 person is by the carriage door while the entrance for the 5 person lodging is by the external staircase (see photo). The total capacity of the 2 lodgings is 12 people, a discount will be made for the simultaneous rental of the 2 lodgings (contact the owner before renting)

Deuxième sejour dans ce logement mais ici nous avons pris le gite de 8p pour passer des vacances en famille , nous étions 7 et le logement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Niveau situation, il est proche des lieux a découvrir dans les vosges et en pleine nature pour etre au calme. Le propriétaire habite en contre bas et est disponible en cas de besoin. Tout etait parfait nous reviendrons. pleine nature

Tolle , sehr geräumige Wohnung mit super Blick. Einfach klasse!

Michel ist ein sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Wir (zwei Familien 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder plus Hund) haben uns in der traumhaft gelegenen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die Waschbecken in zwei Schlafzimmern und je 1 Toilette pro Stockwerk war das eine Bad vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und es ist viel Stauraum vorhanden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
