With a modern decoration, carefully and very welcoming, the house has 88 m2, distributed by 1 bedroom / suite with double bed and 1 private bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with LCD flat and fixed on the wall, wifi, air conditioning, 1 WC with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and others), private terrace and 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.
In addition to the wonderful beaches, you can also explore the flora and fauna of the Ria Formosa Natural Park in relaxing walks, biking or boat trips.
In Tavira (3 KM), an ancient city, you will find an interesting historical, architectural and religious heritage, typical gastronomy, festivities and local animation, traditional commerce and all the comforts of modern life in a large commercial center with cinema and large commercial areas.

Loved it

Carlos, returned any emails I sent him the same day, so was easy to organise the holiday. This was the 2nd time we had stayed in this apartment and it has just got better. We loved it the 1st time but even more the second. The location is good and a nice walk to both beaches which were perfect. The town itself is small but with lots of restaurants. Only a short taxi drive away from the town of Tavira which is a stunning place to visit. We are already planning to come again but for longer. I would definitely recommend a visit to this apartment. Xx

We have been 3 times to this apartment and we have never been disappointed. It immaculately clean, central to both beaches and also near to the beautiful village of Santa Luzia. We always said we would never go anywhere more than twice and we are looking forward already to our next visit. Carlos has been so helpful and very accommodating throughout the Pandemic when we had to change dates for to restrictions. If you like good beaches amazing food and a gentler pace of life this is a wonderful place to visit

Zeer nette woning. Locatie is wel een eind van het strand af.

Erg vriendelijke verhuurder,Carlos Santos. Heeft ons veel tips gegeven om te gaan zien en qwa restaurants. Woning had alles, sant Lucia is een prima uitvalbasis. Enig minpuntje is dat het een hele reis op zich is om bij het strand te komen.

A estadia neste apartamento correu muito bem. O apartamento correspondia exatamente às fotos e à descrição, estava impecavelmente limpo e os anfitriões foram extremamente simpáticos. Está na segunda linha em relação à marginal de Santa Luzia, portanto foi possível ir todos os dias à praia sem pegar no carro, pois o percurso para o barco faz-se muito bem a pé, são apenas 5 minutos. Recomendo vivamente a quem quer passar uns dias relaxados numa zona lindíssima do Algarve!

Tolle Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen und als Ausgang für herrlichen Strandurlaub und Besichtigungen

Moderne, sehr saubere und perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung im Parterre einer Ferienwohnanlage. Der Swimmingpool ist gleich gegenüber der Haustür. Ein Pkw-Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist möglich. Für einige Monate ist noch mit moderatem Baulärm zu rechnen, der aber zum Sommer 2019 deendet sein solllte. Der Vermieter war was Zeitpunkt der An- und Abreise angeht sehr flexibel. Sehr zu empfehlen; wir jedenfalls wollen wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und vor allem saubere Ferienwohnung in einem süßen Fischerörtchen. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und auch der eingezäunte Pool direkt vor der Terrasse ist mit Kindern optimal (sogar das Babyphone reicht bis dorthin). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig störend ist die große Baustelle, die mitunter sehr laut ist, aber vermutlich auch absehbar fertig wird.

Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Es war picobello sauber, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Und zwei Bäder zu haben war ein angenehmer Luxus. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und erklären einem gerne alles Erforderliche. Santa Luzia ist ein nettes noch sehr ursprüngliches Fischerdorf ohne Massentourismus. Strand und Umgebung sind herrlich. Urlaub in der Ostalgarve Santa Luzia

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einen kombinierten Wohnkomplex im Erdgeschoss neben den Swimmingpool. Die gesamte Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist gut und funktionell eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt einschließlich gut funktionierende Waschmaschine. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Zur Uferpromenade ca. 4 Minuten Fußweg und zum Strand ca.3 km. 2 km kann man mit den Auto fahren das letzte Stück zu Fuß oder mit der Bimmelbahn, Kosten einfach 1,30 €. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Den Tiefgaragenplatz konnte ich ebenfalls nutzen was bei den sehr warmen Wetter zum Vorteil war. Ansonsten sind genug sichere kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße vorhanden. Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einer angenehmen Unterkunft in der Ostalgarve.

Wunderschön und top ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, schönes Dörfchen

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Kinderspielzeug, Sonnenschirme und Tücher für den Strand stehen zur Verfügung. Sogar Velohelme liegen bereit. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel und die Lage ruhig. Kaffees und kleinere Lebensmittelshops zu Fuss erreichbar.

Urlaub in Santa Luzia

Wir haben 12 Nächte in Carlos Appartment verbracht. Es ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc.), nur einen Grill hätten wir uns vielleicht noch gewünscht. Die Anlage könnte etwas grüner sein, die Lage ist sehr gut. Es waren immer Parkplätze verfügbar. Am Abend konnte man draußen auf der Terasse sitzen. Der Ort Santa Luzia ist sehr ruhig und charmant. In den Restaurants kann man sehr günstig, sehr lecker Essen. Wir können das "Casa do Polvo" und "Casa da Abago" empfehlen und für Frühstück und Café das "Sabareia Cha e Café". Wir sind sehr oft mit der kleinen Fähre zum Strand von Terra Estreita gefahren (Hin- und Rückfahrt 2€ p.P.) Der Strand ist wunderschön und nicht überlaufen. Insgesamt hatten wir tolle Tage in Santa Luzia in Carlos Appartment.

O Apartamento é exatamente como descrito no anúncio, muito bonito e com tudo o que é necessário para passar umas boas férias. Os proprietários são muito simpáticos e receberam-nos muito bem, prestando-nos várias informações úteis.
