It is composed of a 37m2 living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, an oven and a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine. LCD TV.
A bedroom with a double bed and a closet. Shower room with a bathtub and a shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a sleeping area with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed. Numerous closet.
A beautiful 35m2, South-facing and unoverlooked terrace at the back of the house, with a set of garden furniture and a barbecue.
Parking possibility on the plot.
