Cottage "Crocus"<br>If you are looking for an apartment, a house, a villa or a mobile home, Isa et Nano offers you on the silver coast in Gastes: A furnished cottage on the first floor of 33 m² "F2 – 1 Bedroom", 3 stars, adjoining the owner and 3 other cottages in the forest, quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac and 20 minutes from the beach of Mimizan and 1 km from the beach of GASTES. On site you will have everything you need to spend a good holiday with: - a heated and secure swimming pool of 9 x 4 x 1.5 (Open from June 1st to September 30th) - a ping-pong table - a bowling alley - a table football table - a billiards table for adults and another for children - a children's hut with a swing and a trampoline. - Bike rental - Barbecue - Relaxation area (hammocks and kiosk) We are 1 km from the cycle paths, and 30 minutes from the beach of Biscarrosse. . Unfortunately we do not accept pets. <br>Only one parking space is assigned to each Gite in the property, a Baby Kit is available on request, and the cleaning option at the end of the stay is 50€. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures until 10am.<br>We ask for a cheque (or cash) for a non-cashable deposit of €500.<br>We ask all our guests to respect the calm of the residence, in particular by NOT diving or jumping from the edge of the pool.<br>Happy holidays
