Hello Roy, Thank you for taking the time to review our unit. For check-out instructions; we ask for the trash to be taken out, all linen and sheets in a pile, and for all dishes to be washed and put away. The beach access for Beachside Villas is going through a legal battle with the private homeowner next door. The complex has purchased a deeded beach for its guest at the end of Sand Roy road. It is about a 3-minute walk from the complex. Also, the complex provides a tram to take the guest to and from the new beach access. We hope you will return to 30A soon!

During busy seasons, call volume increases, but we do make it a priority to return every call before closing hours. Regarding extensions of stay, we never charge guests without prior approval. When a guest requests an extension, we check the pricing, inform them, and ask how they would like to proceed. We have always accommodated guests who needed to adjust their plans after adding a night. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We can understand the from both points of view and we think that Beachside Villas made the best decision to move their beach area for everyone. Although it is not right across the street it is now down the street which is a 3 minute walk or they also provide a tram to take you back and forth. Unfortunately these things do happen and we pride ourselves in taking quick action - which was the case here! We diagnosed the problem and had a brand new AC unit installed all in less than 24 hours! We work diligently to ensure that all of our guests are able to have an amazing vacation! Lauren, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are planning to update the photo's but want to wait until everything has been completed to avoid having to have photo's taken again just shortly after. It is very unfortunate about the private beach being established beside the public access but that is something that we are not able to do anything about. We do try to communicate that with our renters at Beachside Villas as we don't want them to have any surprises. We will be passing your concerns about the unit itself to the correct people to address them. Hopefully, during off season, we will be able address some of the floor concerns with the group doing the deep cleans. Also, the first number of the unit at Beachside Villas always indicates the building number! We hope all of this does get sorted out too as Beachside Villas is a great place to be!
