Excellent 2 month stay at David’s splendid location. Upon arrival, meeting David was like seeing an old friend. There was excellent communication from booking 11 months out until our arrival. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Publix was 1 block away. We loved sitting out by the waterway outside our unit. We will be going back and will look forward to seeing David and Babette

Clearwater Beach, Island Estates 2 + 2 Apartment

We were so pleased with owner "David". He is fabulous, helpful and easily contacted ... and the apartment was GREAT!! ... A very clean and well appointed home ... wonderful neighbourhood, fabulous amenities at your fingertips ... extremely walk-able in a very safe and quiet community area ... A brand new Publix is just one block away and the Clearwater Aquarium just 2 blocks away ... we also had so much fun fishing off the back dock and at Sandy Key (10 minutes away) and the historic downtown St-Petersburg area is incredible ... we will most definitely be back ... Thank you very much David !!!!

I am an Airline pilot who loves spending my free time at the beach. When I am not flying I can be found Kite surfing at the Skyway bridge or boating around the area. . I like to spend time at the small local restaurants and bars like the Bait House and Windward Grill and Island Way grill all which are just a short walks from this property. Use my beach bikes Kayaks or my paddle board that I leave at my property to get around. Between the pro-baseball players and the Canadians that have stayed at my property, most have become friends for life And loved to come back and visit annually.

Why not? It represents the "Best of both worlds". Quiet island living with a grocery store and Aquarium across the streets and a short walk to one of rated best beaches in America.

Drive right up to the unit and park right into an attached garage that leads right into a kitchen all on the first floor. Enjoy relaxing in the courtyard outside your door.
