All new modern three bedroom two bath farm house 5 minutes to downtown. Every room of this home has been fully redone. The kitchen is furnished with all new stainless steal appliances. Smart televisions in every room. Master bed has king size bed, two remaining bedrooms have queen size beds. One level living with kitchen opening up to large living room. Huge 450 square foot deck off kitchen that provides extra living space. Large fenced yard with security gate and security system. Centrally locate and close to interstate and bike trail. Walk to Lincoln Center. Air-conditioning! Out door shed holds corn hole, spike ball and bikes!

Everything we needed!

Such a welcoming, warm, extremely comfortable and well-appointed home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Fabulous areas to walk and ride bikes. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. This VRBO home was exactly what our family needed to rest and recover and heal.

This house is absolutely amazing. It had everything needed for our family of four. Great location to all that Colorado Springs has to offer. Sheryl was a wonderful host and we will be booking again for any future CoSpring visits!

Great stay, fantastic host!

Sheryl house was perfect for the three months I was in Colorado Springs for a work assignment. The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Even though I never had the opportunity to meet Sheryl, she is a fantastic host. She is friendly, responds quickly, and takes the time to make you feel welcome. I was thankful and grateful for the welcome basket and Christmas basket that she left during my stay especially during the holiday season when I had to work out of state away from my family. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Sheryl for the amazing hospitality!
