The Space:
Walk into a bright, inviting ranch-style home and melt into the comfy couch or armchairs in the living room. For those looking to unwind after a long day discovering Colorado Springs, this vaulted-ceiling living space provides relaxation and convenience. A large flat-screen TV, one of three total, provides guests with access to streaming services or cable. Sip your favorite coffee and watch the morning news from the breakfast bar or assign the additional dining space as the kid's table.
Follow the hardwood floors into the dining room, where a large 8-person table has pride of place. The dining room conveniently has easy access to both the kitchen and the outdoor grill on the deck. The space is lit by a stunning, contemporary-style chandelier hanging over the table. Open the slider and let in more natural light or beautiful, fresh mile-high air!
Additional seating can be found in the kitchen at the countertop bar. The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage and counter space, so meal prep with a large group is a breeze. The master bedroom, with an immense king-sized bed, also sports a private and practical master bath. Bedroom #2 offers queen-comfort, and Bedroom #3 features (2) twin beds perfect for the kids,. Just down the hall are the stairs leading to the comfortable, cozy basement with an additional wood-burning fireplace in the den. We can smell the campfire and hear the crackle of the fire already! There is an additional sofa bed and king bed located here, along with another full bathroom for privacy and comfort. Also, in the basement's unfinished quarters is a full laundry for guest use.
