Guest Access:

🔑 You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :)

🚶 On Foot: The neighborhood is walkable for essentials, with parks, trails, and a few local shops within a reasonable distance. For a more extensive exploration, a car is recommended.



🚴 By Bike: The area is bike-friendly with nearby trails and bike lanes. Cycling is a great way to enjoy the local scenery and get some exercise.



🚌 Public Transit: The Colorado Springs public transit system is accessible, with bus stops along Powers Boulevard connecting you to different parts of the city.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code and check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout incurs a fee of $20 per half hour.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
