Bergkristallはシャレースタイルの2ベッドルームアパートメントで、日当たりの良い大きなバルコニーから山と谷のパノラマビューを望む素晴らしく居心地の良い家庭的なホテルです。ヴェンゲンの家族向けの「車のない」山村の中心から徒歩わずか500メートルです。
 
アパートには4人が眠っています。

アパートメントの場所-駅から丘をわずか7分（500メートル）歩くと、最寄りのスーパーマーケットから450 m、ケーブルカーと保育園のスキー場、山のハイキングコース、スキー場から600 mの距離にあります！
 
スキーやハイキングで1日過ごした後は、ラウターブルンネン渓谷と周囲の山々の素晴らしい景色を望む、南向きと西向きの大きなコーナーバルコニーでお好みのドリンクを飲みながらリラックスしてください。ユングフラウ、ブライトホルン、ツィンゲルホルン、グスパルテンホルン…シャレースタイルの装飾の素晴らしい背景！
 
キッチンは、料理のあらゆるニーズに対応しています。 チーズフォンデュセットで伝統的なスイスのお気に入りをお楽しみください。 キッ��ンで忙しい間、他の人は暖炉の��でつま先を��め、ケーブルテレビと無料のWi-Fiインターネット接続で楽しませます。
 
1階には、洗濯機と乾燥機と一緒にスキーとブーツの保管室があります。

Amazing view, way better than the photos, fully updated!

The photos on this cabin doesn't do justice to this place. The views are amazing - perched at the top of Wengen, with a view of Lauterbrunnen and Staubach falls, JungFrau and Schilthorn too, when the skies are clear. Cabin is cosy, bathrooms are nicely updated. Overall the cabin is way better than it looks in the listing. We loved the small fireplace, the convenience of walking to the train station. We will be back...

Beautiful views and peaceful

A five star experience overall. The views from this property are absolutely out of this world. It is a great jumping-off point for many day hikes. The village of Wengan is easy to navigate and has great restaurants too. Apartment is comfortable, though the kitchen and bath are small, but normal for Europe. All the equipment we needed for simple meals.

This lovely apartment is in a beautiful, serene location with an unbeatable view of the glaciers! Wengen is a fairy tale place to visit. The clouds set in and lift quickly giving you a unique view and experience each day. Honestly, a magical place that we hope to return to one day!

A heavenly stay at Chalet Bergkristall

Wengen is one of our favourite destinations but this time instead of a hotel, we chose to stay at Chalet Bergkristall hosted by Wengen Apartments, and we were definitely not disappointed! Julie, James and the team made sure everything was in place before and during our stay through constant communication, to ensure our comfort through the entire stay. The apartment was spotless, with all the necessary amenities and the views were spectacular! Julie also offered some great suggestions on what to do around Wengen when the weather was a bit rough for hiking. Having lived in Switzerland, the hospitality and service from Wengen apartments was Swiss perfection. Needless to say, we will certainly be returning soon to enjoy this wonderful experience provided by Julie and the team from Wengen Apartments.

Joli petit appartement, logistique compliquée

Les points forts: décoration personnalisée, logement propre, belle terrasse ensoleillée, très belle vue, très calme la nuit, appartement fonctionnel et adapté à une famille de 4 personnes. Pourquoi uniquement 3 étoiles et pas 5: salle de bain peu agréable - douche délivrant peu de pression d'eau. Logistique très compliquée aggravée par la pandémie certes, mais compliquée l'hiver de toutes manières: les poubelles recyclables sont une vraie corvée (20 minutes AR sans traîner) - on aurait apprécié comme c'est le cas dans d'autres locations en Suisse que cela soit géré pas par nous. On peut faire un feu mais il faut aller chercher son bois à la Coop - encore un peu de logistique qui aurait pu être évitée en fournissant du bois - je pense qu'au prix payé on n'est plus à quelques francs près si il fallait. Et comme on revient du ski déjà bien chargé, ce point n'est pas totalement anodin. Comme par ailleurs de toutes manières Wengen n'est pas la station la plus simple d'accès - c'est aussi son charme - j'en arrive à la conclusion: le logement l'hiver ne vaut pas son prix au regard des corvées nécessaires pour une semaine. Enfin la communication avec Wengen Apartments qui gère cet appartement est très bonne.... tant que tout va bien. Nous avons oublié un objet dans l'appartement - c'est notre erreur, mais plus de nouvelles de Julie qui nous avait pourtant abreuvé d'un nombre conséquents de message et dont la réactivité fut exemplaire par ailleurs, quand tout allait bien. Un peu dommage donc comme prestations qui se payent pourtant à un prix très Suisse. Je regrette le ton de ce message, je suis rarement déçu par mes locations mais si celle-ci à le potentiel pour être excellente, l'exécution reste à désirer.

Fantastic views from the porch overlooking Lauterbrunnen valley. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all that we needed. The unit was clean and very quiet.

Chalet way out of the way with outstanding views

We were very happy with our stay here. One thing I wish was prefaced or made more clear would be that you have to take and pay for train rides up and down the mountain because the town there is car free, yet that also added to the charm about Wengen. The views were beautiful. All in all, our stay was amazing, we were out of the way of tourists and were close enough to drive to everything. The place had 3 beds and fit our family of 4 very well.

Grandioso escenario natural

El apartamento situado en el primer piso de un chalet resulta agradable, bien equipado y magníficamente situado en Wengen, un pueblecito sin tráfico rodado pero perfectamente comunicado por tren. Excelentes vistas a las grandiosas montañas y a las cascadas. Perfecto para descubrir la región del Jungfrau.

Cosy retreat in a traditional styled chalet

Julie was very efficient & helpful when booking the apartment. It was an easy walk down from the station, with clear instructions given by Julie. On first impression the apartment looks small, but it seemed to expand with us! It's carpeted throughout and of traditional style decor. It is in a very quiet location and we never heard a sound from the train station. There are two decent sized double bedrooms with large built-in cupboards. The second bedroom has a built in bed above the double bed. My daughter (aged 20) slept there and had no complaints! A lovely, light and sunny apartment, with breathtaking views. We sat out on the balcony most afternoons (the sheepskins we found in the drawers under the sofa to put on the chairs). The gallery kitchen ( decor is dated) was surprisingly well equipped with mixers, blenders, microwave, fridge, oven and all important dishwasher. (NB The oven dishes are in a drawer under the oven, which took me two days to locate!) The shower room is unique with twin showers, which actually came in extremely useful one day when we had a quick turnaround (!) and there is a decent sized separate toilet. Plenty of hot water was available for us all at all times of the day/evening. We didn't use the fire, but I noticed you can buy logs in the co-op. There were plenty of games underneath the seats of the dining area to occupy us, as well as two cable TV's (with English channels) and a decent Wi-Fi connection, so everybody was happy ! There Is a separate washing & boot room downstairs, which also housed the boiler, so things dried very quickly and it was very good to be able to leave your outdoor kit down there. We ate out at the hotel Alpenrose and hotel Bärron - Both of which were excellent and within easy walking distance. We kept our skis in a locker opposite the station (Central sports) as the 7-10 minute uphill walk up to the station needed concentration! (easy coming home in the evenings !) We had an excellent 10 day family holiday (with plenty of snow!) and we will definitely recommend this apartment to others. I would like to come back and visit next time in the summer.....
