Perfect vacation spot! Waterfront property - located on a canal leading to Little Lagoon. In the heart of Gulf Shores - 3 blocks to Gulf Shores main public beach and The Hangout. Walking distance to popular shopping spots and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath unit. Primary bedroom with private bathroom and screened porch. Kayaking and fishing from the backyard - bring your kayak or rent one when you arrive!

PLEASE NOTE: This property is a duplex. One or both units may be rented. If one unit is rented, then the other unit will be rented out to another party. Each unit is independent containing a kitchen, living area, 3 br/ 2ba, and private screened porch. This listing is for Unit A. See listing #1876993 for side B.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, 2 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch, canal front.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of one toilet paper, paper towel roll, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Both units were wonderful. Very clean with plenty of towels and pillows. The screened porches were awesome, we sat there and the outdoor picnic tables were great to sit and fish in the lagoon. The restaurants, beach and fishing were within walking distance. Unfortunately, it was a zillion degrees out so we drove most times. I highly recommend either one of the units. You won't regret it.

We stayed for 5 nights with six people and this was perfect. There was enough room for everyone and having two bathrooms helped. I love that the property was within walking distance to the Gulf and all of the shops and restaurants but on a side street where there was no car or foot traffic. The host was very responsive whenever I messaged. Also, having a washer and dryer to use was a plus! We really enjoyed our time and we will be recommending this rental to anyone headed to Gulf Shores!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. It was conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and beach access, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer.One thing future guests should be aware of is that you'll need to bring your own laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and extra trash bags. The house only provides a starter supply (one trash bag), so having these items with you will make your stay more convenient.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was ok for the most part. The front door stuck occasionally, some of the cabinets dont close all the way, and the flooring is coming up/ chipped in places whick ripped a hole in a pair of socks. The outdoor back patio doors looked like they have mold on them. The communication could have been better. There were a couple of times that it took hours to answer and 1 time I wasn't answered until the next day. We walked almost everywhere we went. Overall, it wasn't that bad.
