Modern, Beautiful condominium centrally located in the Romantic Zone and only 3 blocks to the beach / malecon and walking distance to some of the best restaurants and nightlife that Puerto Vallarta has to offer..
We have furnished this condominium with you and your comfort in mind. Our condo has dishes, cutlery, flatware, wines glasses, water glasses, Pyrex, pots/pans and cooking utensils for up to 4 extra dinner guests. The condo is outfitted with a comfortable couch, dining table for 4 people, high quality 100% cotton sheets, mattress cover, pillow covers and high quality mattress for a good nights rest. We have decorated this unit with unique and original art work and Mexican pottery pieces.
As an added bonus, we also supply throughout your visit coffee, sugar, creamer, assorted teas, paper towels, napkins, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, blow dryer and body soap.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. Gabriel made the check-in process quick annd easy. They made sure to check in on us throughout our stay. The condo had everything we needed; from umbrellas to sunscreen. You can also tell they put in a lot of thought to the decor. I’ve been to Puerto Vallarta many times but the hospitality I received during this stay was remarkable. The location of this condo is in Zona Romántica, which is the main hub for all things food, fun, and sun! You won’t regret booking this :)

Lovely Place

We had an amazing time at this VRBO in Puerto Vallarta. The place is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Its convenient location allows easy access to everything in Vallarta. Just a friendly reminder: pack your walking shoes because you’ll be putting on the miles exploring this vibrant area. Afternoons spent relaxing by the pool and hot tub were pure bliss. The building is well-established, and the block has been thoughtfully developed, ensuring a peaceful stay without any construction noise. The hosts were highly professional and made our experience absolutely perfect. This was truly the best vacation. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay

This was a very comfortable, nicely decorated condo to stay in. Anything you may have forgotten to bring with you, they had for you. I arrived to beer in the refrigerator, a bottle of wine on the counter and glasses in the freezer with a shaker. What a perfect way to start a vacation. Randy and Gabriel could not have been nicer. They checked in with me periodically to see if I needed anything. The location was perfect. I also want to add that the building personnel were some of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. I look forward to staying in this condo again

Just to rest

The Condo was superb it exceeded expectations. Clean net the bed was very comfortable plenty of storage in the bedroom. The check in was painless our code was programed in the door and the safe upon arrival. The towels in the bathroom are plush and plenty of them beach/pool towels galore all appeared to be new and colorful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal or warm up leftovers from last nights restaurant. The host are awesome they check on you offer assistance with restaurant reviews and are readily available for questions. The wine they supplied was wonderful specially after a long day of travel it was most enjoyable. The balcony in the evening just to sit unwind and drink more wine eat cheese what more could you ask for. We will defiantly be back. The location is perfect you really only need a taxi to and from the airport everything is right there. Location Location

Can't say enough!

We loved this property. Loved the look, the location, the building, the hosts, everything. The view from the pool is beautiful and I personally, love the city view from the balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed as was the bathroom. We almost cried when it was time to leave. The location is perfect! Everything is only a few steps away and the beach is only a few blocks. The door staff was always very friendly and helpful. Randy and Gabriel were very attentive and were in contact when needed informing us of any building maintenance or door code changes. As others have said, the HOA is very strict. Especially with their COVID rules. But, for me it is better to be safe than sorry. It really did not impact us but it might be nice to know the building rules, both HOA and COVID up front. I would definitely stay again and wish I hadn't left.

Excellent High End Apartment.

Beautiful building and immaculate. Pool area and patio are fantastic. Nice views of the city and the hills that suround the city. The apartment is very well appointed, with more than every untensil, pan etc you will ever need, Great dining for 4, great TV and internet access. The bathroom is very nice and shower is a great big walk-in. The bed was excellent as were the linens and pillows. If you like staying downtown and just a short walk to the beach, I highly recommend this property and unit.I have stayed in PV many times and I would recommend this unit and building

This unit was purchased by Randy Lee, Gabriel Romero, Lane Lee and Bill Lee in January of 2020. This is the 3rd unit in Zenith Condominium Development that Gabriel and Randy own and the first unit purchased with family members.
Gabriel and Randy live full time in Puerto Vallarta and personally manage all 3 units. Lane Lee Lives in Nevada and Bill Lee lives on the Family Ranch in New Mexico.
