This truly special 4 bedroom house, designed by world-renowned architect Bryan MacKay-Lyons, offers the ideal location and configuration at Powder Mountain for an amazing family or friends get-away.

Powder Mountain's world class skiing is just a couple minutes away. Drive to Hidden Lake (.8 mile), Timberline or Sundown (2 mile) lots to access public skiing and to take advantage of the three NEW lifts for the 2024-25 season.

Please note that private skiing is not available to VRBO guests -- unfortunately, it is only available to those within the "neighbor" program. This means that we are no longer "ski in/ski out" lodging, and you will require a car to make the short drive to ski; fit and adventurous folks may prefer to walk the short distance over the ski bridge to access public skiing. Please ask if you want to know how this would work for you.

MANY INSPIRING VIEWS are afforded by expansive floor-to-ceiling glass on the south and west side of home. Views capture both tree-lined mountain tops and the Pineview Reservoir in the valley. From the deck, you will be impressed by both the eastern view of emerging Summit Village and the western view of The Great Salt Lake, framed by a mountain notch. Spectacular sunrise and sunset.

CONVENIENT LOCATION, just over 1 hour from SLC airport. Despite this perch on top of the world, home is easily accessed by car, with detached garage just feet from front door. An all-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary in winter, as the roads up to Powder Mountain are steep. Maximum of two cars.

In Summer, Powder Mountain’s famous BIKING & HIKING TRAILS are literally out the front door. Drive down to Pineview Reservoir for boating and jet skiing. Explore the valley—take in an Ogden Raptors baseball game, golf at Wolf Creek or check out the great small towns nearby.

Please note that we will ask for a driver's license photo before confirming your reservation. We will also ask you to agree to our house rules: no pets, smoking, and to treat the home with the care and kindness you would show the home of a dear family friend. If our cleaning crew has to clean up after pets or smokers, the additional cleaning fees will be charged to the guest.
